This review is to tell customers the honest review of Vertigo Bar. I spent 31.26 min on the phone to a rude arrogant boss who did want to accept that their kitchen can't cook curry or Pad thai. The following day posted a fake review of her kitchen on a website. The green curry was like coconut soup with about 50g of dry shriveled breast chicken and a heap of capsicum, where is the kaffa lime leaves?, the bamboo?, the fish sauce?! - was the curry even cooked with green curry paste?. The Pad Thai was overpowering with a sourness, overcook prawns and soggy. The garlic bread was tasteless and like a chewy cardboard box. After explaining this to her, I was promised a refund if I didn't post the video online about her food. 11 days later now, the money was not returned. The boss wanted to come into my home the next day and collect the Curry which I explained was sitting in rice and sitting out all night, the rest of the food was thrown out because it was smelling the apartment out. She wanted (THE NEXT DAY) to taste it - I said "you can't eat that, you're going to get sick, you can't eat chicken which has been sitting out all night" This is a huge red flag! what happens in her kitchen. Food handling is a serious issue and people can get sick! What practices are they doing in their kitchen with chicken and the rest of their food!I rejected her motion to enter my apartment and said I didn't find this appropriate and already felt uncomfortable from her. I was then told, I was weird. I will not let a stranger into my home, especially after my night's dinner was ruined by their kitchen. I simply asked the money to be returned in full because of how long she took talking about my ruined dinner.To travelers and people who live in Danang, this is an honest review of their food, customer service, lies and attitude towards customers who know their food is not cooked properly or to an acceptable standard. The details in this review are hard to ignore. I wish tripadvisor allowed videos to be posted.Hi MattI am so pleased Trip Advisor provides the opportunity to respond to reviews and as such, I would like to set the record straight and respond to yours.It was quite overwhelming for my staff to receive your constant, aggressive telephone calls insisting on talking to me during a particularly busy time when I could not come to the phone.When it was quieter, I returned your call where unfortunately you were yelling down the phone âwarningâ me that if your money was not returned, you would write bad reviews on a variety of sites.I feel like you were extorting me and this is very disturbing. Yes, it is true, I was interested in viewing the meal you received to take appropriate action if necessary, which is why I offered to pick it up AND return your money at the time. I most certainly did not want to taste it, as you indicated it had been left out all night! So please refrain from making things up.On further looking into your past reviews, I note you often leave bad reviews and I have undertaken some research with these restaurants, and yes indeed you did extort them too. Are you simply leaving bad reviews and extorting business owners for free meals?So in the end, I could not view the meal, you did not receive your money back, and the bad reviews commenced. While I am sorry you did not enjoy your meal, many other customers have enjoyed the Thai cuisine at Vertigo.

Been to Italy before and the food here is great. Ordered the gnocchi with chicken and mushroom which was divine. I ate every single bite. Also ordered the Milanese Risotto which was good but I preferred the gnocchi. Also ordered the panna cotta, which was huge and feeds two grown men. This was delicious, and I think it was made with real vanilla. Appreciated little touches of eco-friendliness with cloth hand towels and reusable straws.

My boyfriend and I visited for dinner and were very impressed by the quality and price of the food a drinks. A must if visiting da nang. Portion sizes are big!Toilets are questionable so I would avoid them if possible but apart from this no complaints.

Me and my girlfriend ate here after searching for a comoletely different restaurant, however Cohibar looked like it had such a great vibe we stopped here instead.I had a 'Crispy Burger' (1/4 pounder burger topped with fried mozzarella sticks) and it was ome of the best meals i've eaten in Vietnam! My partner had a Chicken Schnitzel which was also very, very good and the portions are great too!

We stumbled onto this fantastic place when looking for somewhere cool to eat lunch. We were so lucky they were having a Wednesday steak special. The steak was cooked to perfection, the chips crunchy, onions rings so good we ordered extra all served with a lovely fresh salad. The service is great and very friendly. Would highly recommend also a very easy walk from the Furama Resort Thank you. And as of the 1st of next month our steak with our special seasoning will be on the menu daily!Hope you come back to see us next time you visit Danang.

Absolutely lovely views, staff are super helpful and friendly. The selection of beers is really good too! The local beers are extremely worth trying, like La rue lager and Imperial IPA. I must say that the food is delicious as well as the service and the restaurant owners are lovely. In addition, they have now changed their location and now they are on 53 Morrison Street. The new location is super beautiful, I recommend going 100%, there is a very pleasant atmosphere.

We had seen the reviews and made our way to the restaurant. We were not disappointed at all. The food, the wine, the service was spot on. I have to address previous reviews of being it being expensive. Are you kidding me? Why is everyones perception that Vietnam must be cheap. This restaurant represents amazing value and yet you have a 5 star service and incredible food. Training a team, purchasing only the finest ingredients, importing the best wine costs money - even in Asia. If you are on a tight budget then there is a market around the corner. But if you are like me and want good wine and an amazing dinner then you MUST visit Olivia's Prime Steakhouse. Thank you to the team. I love your restaurant and will be back!WOW!!! Someone actually gets it! Costs of importing the best wine and other ingredients will cost even more in Vietnam.
