Reviews on Bar food in Coyhaique, Aisen Region, Chile. Coyhaique (Spanish pronunciation: [koˈʝai̯.ke]), also spelled Coihaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coyhaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Founded by settlers in 1929, it is a young city. Until the twentieth century, Chile showed little interest in exploiting the remote Aisén region. The Carretera Austral road opened in the 1980s.

This is hands down my favourite pub in Coyhaique. I've spent more nights here than I can remember. They have karaoke on most nights which is always fun, but if you're a gringo you better be prepared to sing well and pick a good song! Also be prepared to brave the standard drinking hours which are much later in Spanish speaking countries than I'm used to in Western areas. This can be advantageous depending on what you're after. For a few quite drinks, you can pop down around 8 when Pepe opens or if you're after a more lively atmosphere, hang around until at least 12. My favourite thing about this bar is the staff. We became fast friends with Cesar (who makes a mean cocktail, speaks great English for my gringo brethren and is probably the world's best bartender) and the rest of the staff are always friendly and fun also. It's fun to try your spanish with the staff and locals alike, but this obviously gets progressively more difficult as the night goes on and the drinks stack up! When I visit Coyhaique, it's 100% certain that I make a trip to Pepe.

CervecerÃa Hudson, located on the city of Coyhaique, offers its visitors the opportunity to taste one of the best artisan beers in Patagonia, accompanied by an exquisite rustic menu, ideal for pairing the different styles of our beer. You can not miss the
On a Sunday, when they are apparently not usually open, there was a big "ABIERTO" (open) sign on the door. We were the only clients for a mid afernoon bite. The beer was excellent. We ordered a pizza to share. It was worth waiting for; considering it was an off-season day and an unusual time of day.

We did not try the sushi which looked good, but had some great ceviche at this restaurant. The Gyosas were delicious, too. They resembled Indian samosas rather than Japanese Gyosas but that did not matter of course. Service was friendly, prices OK. Would definitely go here again.

Themed restaurant oriented sport in general and football in particular. It has an extraordinary football museum , the southernmost of the planet in their field . Excellent and very assorted variety of craft beers , sandwiches and best pichangas and chorri
I really enjoyed going here with my friends recently -they have a very well-done soccer theme, with rare jerseys tiled to make the ceiling, and real FIFA red/yellow card booklets to carry the check. It's not expensive and they have traditional Chilean pub fare, like sandwiches and hot dogs and french fries. If you're not interested in soccer though, it would be a fairly average experience.

The business is a local image of the brand d'olbek, pioneer craft beer in the aysén region of patagonia in chile.-the owners are belgian, son of settlers who came to the area post 2nd world war. The tavern is served by husband charlie and beatriz, display
Very good eats and beer. Service especially friendly. Menu options for eats are delicious: salads and sandwiches. Beer on tap made by owners. They have a bottled brand of beer, sold nationally, but the beer you get right there is somethin else again, really special.Kitchen can get a bit slow, if the place is full (or rather WHEN it's full, since it's very popular among locals).

Called in here after being recommended. Every bit satisfied with the great range of wood fired pizzas on offer. My fave here is the great range of artesanal beer on tap. Try the 9.0% if you're game (no typo there, is 9% cerveza), or be like me and stick to the 5.0% black. If cerveza is your taste, you'll definitely enjoy either. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
