I was I. Batavia for work and the hotel recommended the brewery, I am so glad they did. The beer was great and I love the menu, different foods and specials. It was so good we got lunch here the next day for the office. Great Mac and cheese.

Date of Visit: Sunday, May 27th, 2018Applebees is a very good restaurant. They are always there when you need a good meal, even late at night. The food is always consistently good. The service is very good. Never a complaint. This particular restaurant is very good as well. You will never be disappointed when you choose applebees. price: Well, what can you say when the meal is 2 for $20 or 2 for $25. (great deal).

Service: welcoming, friendly, efficient Food: Excellent Hamburgers, Lots of choices, we tried California and Empire State...very nice, as was the side salad and thick cut friesBeer: Guinness (and many others) on tap. They also have numerous bourbons Prices: Affordable / Reasonable / Good Value
Seeing as I grew up; around the corner I knew this as only a bar where I never went as a kid. So I figured I would check out the restaurant while I was visiting. Wow! This is a true unknown treasure! The food was very good, not great, the prices were fair too. The 215+ year old tavern was the star. Along with the staff.Overall I had a wonderful time. If you want to try a true locals only place, this is it!!

One of my family's go-to spots! Great food, the best Guinness pours, and the staff is outstanding! We always feel so welcomed here, and the busier it gets, the more fun. A great atmosphere, and a gem of a place! Their homemade chips with dipping sauce is a must!

Dinner was excellent. Had the pot roast special. It was delicious. Tender very flavorful meat, perfect mashed potatoes, carrots and their salad bar was very good too. Lots of choices to add to your lettuce. Macaroni salad, Cole slaw and warm bread too! Great friendly service too. Will go back soon!!

Nice establishment. Food is always good however selection is small. Childrenâs dishes do need to be addressed. The Mac n cheese is kraft and must be individual packs because itâs so watery. Drink selection is great. As night goes on the crowed becomes very young.

A unique dining experience in the heart of the historic Clarence Hollow. The Hollow Bistro & Brew stresses only using the freshest ingredients to create comfort food offerings which offer American flavors with a glimpse of Asian and International flair. R
We come to this restaurant at least once a year and it is always a tasty meal. Food is beautifully presented and service was very good. My only complaint is the noise level of the room when it is crowded. It can be very distracting on a Saturday night and the room is full

From terrible undercooked food, mold in the urinals, ceiling panels falling down and water stained, rude staff rushes you to finish, I could go on and on. This place is a hole. Salad bar had flies all around it, lettuce was wilted, no "sneeze guard" over the food, and the silverware was dirty. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place. Just a DUMP!

Been driving by this restaurant for years headed to Medina to visit with my mother at a Nursing home. Decided to stop and have lunch this past week. A great decision. Highly recommend this restaurant for excellent food, excellent service and an incredible view.I entered the restaurant and the sign said to take a seat, I took a seat in the dining area with an incredible view of the falls and water. Beautiful.Amanda my server approached the table immediately and solicited a drink order and placed a menu in front of me. I ordered a cup of Manhattan chowder, a beef on weck with a side salad and an ice water with lemon.Amanda served the soup immediately after ordering. The Manhattan clam chowder was the absolute best I have ever had. I am partial to the New England version but this chowder was delicious. Full of vegetables and clams, served at proper temperature and perfectly seasoned. I even stopped in the kitchen as I departed to let the Chef know who much I enjoyed the soup. The beef on weck was a generous portion of beef, The roll was probably a day old roll, served with a hearty horseradish. Beef could have been a little hotter but it was overall fine. Beef was very tender and a great sandwich to enjoy. Side salad was crisp, fresh and nicely chilled. Dressing served on the side.Amanda was very good with service, checking on satisfaction and insuring that my water glass never needed refilling. Management should commend Amanda for her excellent service. Overall ambiance was very good with the view of the falls and rapids on the snow covered banks along the river an incredible beauty. Two warm fireplaces in the restaurant/bar area. I now know why this restaurant's parking lot is always full. Great food, an awesome find in New York State. i highly recommend this restaurant for a great experience.
