This has a great "Colorado" feel to it with great food. Pulled pork was wonderful and was also a very hefty serving on a bun. Chicken sandwich with green chili and cream cheese was amazing, however, my chicken breast was not very big. The fried were typical yummy fries. Try the GW sauce! It's addicting! We also had the queso and chips which was huge and delicious. We sat in the bar in order to be seated right away. I typically don't like high tops, but these were comfy. I recommend eating here.

Seasonal American Cuisine served in a modern mountain atmosphere by a staff who is committed to enlightened hospitality.
We had a variety of starters and small plates to share. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Prices during Happy Hour were reasonable, sort of... We loved the brussel sprouts and cauliflower starters. Portions were on the small side, for some of the shared plates, but our server did make this clear up-front. (We didn't try any of the main entrees. )Just a minor watch-out: There was a hefty $25 per-person cancellation fee on our reservation. It forced us to stick to our original plan. That turned out to be good, in this case.
Coppers craft cocktail and whiskey lounge. On The Rockies has 200 Whiskies, wine, craft beer and an extensive cocktail menu. The kitchen is open late and serves entrees, plates to share and snacks. Come visit with one of our friendly bartenders and try so
As someone trying to expand my whiskey palate, this place definitely scratched an itch. The atmosphere pretty much nails what I would expect/want in a whiskey bar: heavy riveted copper door, all-wood decor, log cabin feel. The selection, as you might imagine, is broad and filled with spirits from local distilleries that you'd likely never taste if you were not in the area. The staff are knowledgeable about each one, and are very helpful without being snobbish or condescending.I got a flight of American Whiskey (see the menu), which is 1/2 ounce of 4 selected whiskey varieties. One of these, Hatfield & McCoys, I liked so much I had 2 more straight up.Leave your mixers at home, ladies and lads. This is a place to enjoy whiskey in its purest form. Highly recommend.

We decided to revisit this quiet restaurant in East Village on Copper Mountain, for old time's sake. The atmosphere is very friendly, laid back, and feels like an old pub. While they boasted that their babyback ribs were second to none, we opted for other entrees. As a starter, I ordered the beef stew. It was not want I had expected. The broth was very thick and creamy and didn't have any vegetables I could identify. I think I expected more of a clear broth with pieces of carrots, potatoes, onions, etc. For my entrees, I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad; While it was "okay", it was certainly not among the best Iâve had. My husband definitely out-ordered me: He had the corn chowder as a starter and for an entree ordered the Salmon with capers, fresh veggies, rice pilaf. The owner/manager was extremely personable, a hoot, and the wait staff couldnât have been nicer. We'd definitely try it again.

We recently enjoyed the Mahi's Street Tacos while staying in a Condo @ Center Village Passage Point. The food is great, very fresh as it's made to order while you wait... Each time I get the "Baja Shrimp Tacos". They are something I look forward to while visiting Copper Mountain resort.

We came here every day for Apre' Ski and had a blast. You must check-out Lefty Lucy when they're playing. Great drink specials, solid food and just a hell of a good time after a day on the slopes. We had some lunch there a couple of times during the week we were there and enjoyed the bowl games on the tube. Staff is extremely nice and the beer selections are great. Have fund.

We met friends here for happy hour. The wine selected was okay, The Buffalo nachos were not distinctive and I did not see much buffalo on the plate. The drummettes were okay. Didn't grab us.

JJâs is the best (and only) bar in East Village. Itâs got a great atmosphere with - tonyâs Brits- an authentic âall Americanâ feel. Staff are friendly, food is substantial grill style. They have a great range of craft beers and the wine and cocktail drinkers were happy too. On Wednesday in ski season, Mo, an local ex-pro skier comes and plays a medley of wholesome American classics to a mature crowd who get up and boogie. Itâs a blast.

BoLD offers an exceptional breakfast, designed to set you up for a day on the slopes. Our lunch, happy hour and dinner show off our Mediterranean influences.
Tasty and giant portions of Mediterranean food. Great appetizers, the mixed plate was great for sharing. The mains are giant portions too, and everything was nicely presented, big and had great flavor combinations. The only downside was the waitress seemed to have a bad day, but she still was efficient and quick.
