Visited the Murraypark on two of the four nights spent at Crieff Hydro cosy cabins. Excellent meals on both evenings and we were made very welcome with our Labrador Lottie in the comfortable bar. The Thursday Steak night was fabulous and a good way to spend our last evening of our short trip. No hesitation in recommending this venue especially if you have doggy with you.

Had two night stay here for Highland games visit, fantastic place. Could not ask for better. Staff so friendly and helpful. Best breakie we have had and great coffee. Very comfortable bed and clean environment. Bonus jam session by local musicians was a delightful end to our stay. Would highly recommend if you are heading this way. Big thanks to the team at the Tower.

Went for lunch Monday 28th October recommended by The Meadow Inn as they were closed. This was the worst haddock l have ever had, the batter was three times thicker than the haddock hence it wasnât cooked tasteless served with frozen chips discoloured french beans chopped chives and crinkled peas. My wifeâs sandwich was supposed to be toasted but it was cold in the middle and the salad dressing festering on the top. We always eat at the meadow inn when visiting Crieff and itâs always good. If I was the meadow inn I wouldnât put my name to the Quaich Bar. Overall the Quaich Bar needs a deep clean, refurbished and a good chef.

Our large party popped into the Royal Hotel bar during our wander around the area. We were well looked after by the English barman (unfortunately I didn't get his name) who's customer service levels were off the scale. Despite there being 23 people turning up without a booking our generous portions of tasty food arrived piping hot in a timely manner.I will definitely visit this establishment again.

Located in a traditional old building the restaurant has been fully refurbished to reflect a contemporary modern look
We decided to give the Comrie Hotel a try for lunch. The bar had several customers - probably locals - we chose a seat in the restaurant. Nobody came to serve us so l went in search of assistance- young lad in kitchen and lady in bar - silence! I explained we were in restaurant and would like to order! Food was standard fare - burgers, steak pie, fish & chips etc - hot and nicely presented but let down by poorly trained staff who clearly are not experienced in waiting in a restaurant and with only basic people skills.Dear CaptainR222,What a shame! It's very unusual to get this kind of feedback as all our staff are normally very attentive to our customers.I realise this reply is quite late but I wanted to assure you that I had a discussion with all of my staff after this review was received and further training was given.
