Went there with 5 others for an evening out . We had made reservations in advance as the place gets a bit crazy on Fridays ! We had an assortment of appetizers to go with a variety of drinks we had ordered . The server was friendly , polite and always available without being overbearing . The place is not too loud so you can actually have a conversation too :).Do try it out to catch up and wind down with friends ! PS do not think I would go there for a date night though !Thx so much for the kind words. Hope to see you again soon. PS. We've actually had many Rosie's first dates turn into weddings down the road too.

Made my wife and I feel like regulars on our very first visit. The service is absolutely fantastic. When the bell rings in the kitchen, the staff takes off to make sure the food is delivered hot and fresh. Being a beer guy, one of the primary things that caught my eye is that fact that they have about 36 craft beers on tap. You will have to ask for the beer menu because their are new ones up all the time. Alternatively, I just found out that they update the beer list on their facebook page. Love it!

Local place that is supported by the community.Sometimes we'll go here for a burger or fast food. My husband likes the chicken fajitas. Burgers are decent. Not bad for this type of restaurant, although a lot of the food is fried and salty.Prices are reasonable, depending on what you are ordering, and there are frequently many families or large groups with children. A lot of families seem to take the kids there to celebrate birthdays. It's a family friendly place and affordable. They have a regular menu, a $10 menu, 2 for $25, and 2 for $35, which includes a Margarita. Hard to keep track, but if you go, take your time, and look it over. Service has been good.

First time at this pub for a Saturday night dinner out. Off the beaten path, and a somewhat strange entrance, we found the restaurant space open, warm and inviting. The food was excellent! My husband's snapper dish was fresh and cooked to perfection. The soups were tasty and homemade. Burgers with eggs-yes! and the crab cake was unusual but delicious. (Steer clear of the frog legs-too fried and tasteless). Our waitress was friendly, a bit too friendly. She seemed to know everyone in the place and had lots of long conversations when we would have like some attention. We had to beg for more drinks and never got to order after dinner drinks or dessert. No port at the bar!

This place lives on its reputation, but the food is not great. Easy to review this place:Apps-I do not even get the port bun sandwich. What is it supposed to be? Two buns with almost nothing in it, and charge a lot for it. Calamari app was the best dish of the night, and it barely would pass as a decent app.Pizza- put sauce and cheese on a flour taco shell, and charge a lot. It really was bad. Two pizzas were both sad versions.Rueben-Extremely sad version of a Rueben. No cole slaw, skimpy on everything else. Skinniest Reuben I have ever had.Service was not good. The young guy would not even check on us. We had to stand up and flag him down to get his attention. When we were almost done, he decides to bring out an app that he forgot to bring. In fact, we were only half way done with the apps when they brought out the main courses. Ridiculous. They were putting dishes on the table next to us to fit everything. Again, service was terrible. To My Followers:Give this place a miss. It truly does not deserve your patronage. Any decent owner would shut this place down.

I had a blackened chicken sandwich as is with a side salad. It was one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I've had. Pickles seem made in house and the salad was mostly spinach with some iceberg, and a good chunky blue cheese. Better than your average bar sand, that's for sure.

This is a typical Irish bar food place close to the Exit 135 of the Garden State Parkway. The place is very informal. The music was kind of loud, but the food was good and the service quick and polite.

Very good Irish/ steakhouse grill menu, good beer and wine selection. Not over-the-top Irish theme place, but attractive setting, good service, and attentive cooking. Weâve been here many times and liked it.

Had lunch here for the first time today. What a friendly atmosphere! The owner was chatting with everyone -he was terrific in making sure we had everything we needed. Our server was wonderful too. The menu offers everything from traditional Irish dishes to sandwiches and salads. The chicken pot pie was delicious (and the lunch portion was abundant). The "super salad" was filled with fresh mozzarella and breaded chicken in addition to fresh veggies, dried fruit and lettuce. Also tried the "spicy chicken" sandwich, which was delicious and served with a very generous portion of French fries. A great place to try if you are in the area, for sure. I would recommend highly.
