Stopped here in June with 20 of us on a stag party. I had booked ahead and they offered us a set menu for our group. Everything was so easy and we were extremely well looked after from the time I rang to book (a few weeks in advance) to paying our bill. The food was very good, beautiful location and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

We stopped here after a long drive from Dublin and before we did the shopping and ate. That first pint of Guinness barely touched the sides. There was a wedding party in here for pre-reception drink and everyone was very friendly. The staff here were friendly and helpful (as is usual all over this area) and we spend many an hour here as our choice of middle of the day 'rest break' before moving on to the next place to visit.

Bar/Restaurant in hotel but open to public
Had dinner here on a sunny sunday evening. Had the seafood platter, really good choice ... it was one of the best I've had. The butlers is a special place. Family run which is evedent in the service. Would highly recommend a viste if your in waterville.

Established in 1984 by the O'Carroll family, O'Carroll's Cove is the only Beach Side Restaurant & Bar in Ireland. Located mid way between the villages of Caherdaniel and Castlecove, on the busiest tourist route in Ireland, the "Ring of Kerry" and Wild Atl
On our last day of our holiday we discovered this fabulous little beach. It looked stunning from the roadside. It wasn't at all overcrowded. It was clean and there was a restaurant there although we didn't use it.We spent a couple of hours here relaxing on the beach, paddling in the ocean and enjoying the sun.My 2 children were brave enough to go swimming. A little too cold for me but they thoroughly enjoyed it.Would definitely recommend and will most certainly go again if we return to Kerry.

The Blind Piper is a family friendly traditional pub serving good quality food. Live Music every Thursday from March - December.
I had eaten here about 3 years ago and it was excellent so I was really looking forward to a good meal. I decided on 2 starters, the seafood chowder, which was good and the scallops with Sneem black pudding which was horrendous - it cost â¬13.50 for two overcooked, rubbery scallops on a small slice of Sneem black pudding all sitting in a gloopy puddle of sweet balsamic type sauce which overpowered all other flavours. My husband had the chicken wings to start, which were good and then he had the roast pork for main. The pork was dry and overcooked, in fact as he cut it it crumbled into dry flakes. We were so disappointed in the food but the servers were lovely and friendly and efficient. If the food could be improved I would recommend the place as the ambiance is nice and the staff lovely.
