This is a bar/restaurant. I didn't mind the other place. This newer place seems geared a little more to a restaurant environment. There are some changes and it is opened up now. They have the maple bucket overhead lights at the table. Haven't seen a restaurant yet that has bright enough lighting this way though.Had the fish dinner and a cup of corned beef soup. Everything was perfect!The girl that took care of us at 4:00 was great! She showed that she cared about the customer and was a sweet person. Service would have been an excellent, but there was your replacement!The one that took over at 5:00 probably should not be a server. Maybe a bartender, but not waiting on tables. No personality, didn't check on the tables. She preferred to stay behind the bar and it showed. There is a fish fry that starts at 5:00 on Fridays. She probably dreads it! Maybe she was having a bad day, but this is how you make your tips sweetie! I have another tip for you. Put the phone down and quit texting, your customers come first!I'll probably go back, but it will be before 5:00 pm.

Food is really good. I really appreciate the diversity of the menu, between pizza, entrees, great salads and even plenty of gluten free options. Service is prompt and friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and clean! Plenty of seating even on busy weekends.

We had quick service. Food was delivered quickly. Food was as expected. Our server was great! I would recommend stopping here for a bite if you are in for bar food.

I stopped in for lunch. It is a very cute and comfortable interior. They have a large beer selection. I had a prime rib sandwich and it was perfectly cooked. The meat was tender and had plenty of cheese. The wait staff was attentive. It was a great place that Iâll come back to.

Dependable high quality food, drink and service. I've been dining at Bass Lake for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. Their open patio in the summer offers a delightful dining experience. If in town, you must visit!

Stopped here because Ibwas hungry and Blazin Bills was closed. Parking is a mess. Tight and crowded . Plenty of bike parking though. Only one girl was working lunch hour so service was slow. Cant hold that against her. I ordered the pulles pork dinner and got a sandwich instead. Fries were $1 extra so I passed. The pork had no flavor at all . Hubby ordered the 1/2 slab dinner. He said it was ok. Plates so small, food slid off while trying to eat the main meal. Only one tiny unisex bathroom for the entire bar and that includes having to share with people renting canoes. Was not impressed. I ordered a malibu rum fruity drink, hubby ordered bud light. Aluminum bottle and ice cold so that's a plus. Overall, this was a waste of money and time. Would have been better off waiting to get back to Warren and eating at Perkins. Won't be back.

Stopped at Zeppes on our way home after an all day drive. Expecting "bar" food we ordered a calzone and vege burger. To our delight the vege burger was really fresh made, with very fresh tomato and lettuce. The homemade sauce was really good!!! The calzone was fresh made as well!! Spoke with the waitress and she said they make everything from scratch! Will have to try again and sample other items from the menu. The decor was neat with album covers on the wall and other rock and roll memorabilia. We sat outside and they lit the fireplace for us making it quite cozy. Only downside is smoking on the patio is allowed there detracting from the ambiance.

.I might have had the best tasting burger in 20 years on my first visit to the Middlefield Tavern. Most of the other patrons were watching sporting events on the big screen TV's but my party of three adults came in hungry and thirsty. There were lots of food choices but I was in the mood for a burger and fries or onion rings. It was a Saturday afternoon and were were all ready to relax after a tough day of shopping and exploring in Amish country. I ordered the Middlefield Tavern Burger with onion rings. It is a double quarter pound burger with a special sauce. It was absolutely perfect and I don't like surprises but this was a good one. I had to tell the cook and SHE was used to compliments. There are many other food combo choices so I mentally highlighted them and I will be ready for my next trip to town. The food exceeded my expectations and the service was more than good enough. I was happy all the way around and am looking forward to stopping again. They have lots of drink, beer and soft drink beverages and the place looks like it is a fun spot for locals of all kinds and us regular visitors.

We have eaten at Warren's several times with several groups of people, everyone has always raved about the food. They have gluten free options as well. When the owner found out one of our group was wanting to order the gluten free dessert, he made sure to hold one for her in case they ran out. The service and the food is always exceptional.
