This update is for the food not the bar .Food is ok but bland--- Got the shrimp tacos while ok that was it ok ,no sauce .Unflavored beans on the side pretty bland .Wife got the brisket that was chewier than leather, fries were smothered with pepper .Considering there is a outstanding BBQ place on the same block this selection was poor.Bar is great and friendly

We just had lunch here and it is a dirty pit of a place! With all of the Irish Pubs in Chicago and its suburbs that this place was chosen by " Irishcentral" as one of the best in the USA means there is something drastically wrong with their review process. Chipped wood on tables, dirty floors and walls, decrepit woodwork. If the owners are trying to put some sort of authentic look to the place they have failed miserably. We've been to many pubs in Ireland as well as Illinois and this was by far the worst ever. We all had corned beef sandwiches and the food was average at best. Needless to say we won't ever be back and would never recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for nice Irish Pubs just go a few suburbs west of here for far better choices with clean well cared for surroundings and much better food.

Been coming here for decades!! Great for large groups they have huge round tables! Ribs that fall off the bone, homemade fries, garbage salad to die for! Cavatelli in a vodka sauce yummy! 8 ginger Cavatelli in marinara! Service great! Probably had everything on t he menu at one time you will never have a bad meal here... my nephew adore their burgers!! Huge!

This is a neighborhood spot, loaded with character and friendly waitstaff. Don't let the need for an exterior paint job keep you from trying the daily specials. The Italian Sausage sandwich had grilled green peppers and onions, mozzarella, marinara sauce and a great chewy roll in addition to the sausage. I also sampled the beef cheddar burger, another special, and it was so juicy, I didn't mind that there was no pink in the center. The Arnold Palmers can be very sweet, so ask for 1/4 lemonade to iced tea if you want a medium sweet drink.

We love to try new restaurants so this was our first visit to Burger Antics. This is probably the best burger Iâve had, hands down, in eons! No 70/30 fatty, tasteless beef here...only buttery ground sirloin grilled to perfection! The beer selection is fabulous and the whiskey selection takes up two pages of the menu! The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant itself is quaint, quirky, and cozy. We will definitely return!

Stopped in for lunch after visiting Brookfield Zoo. Friendly staff greeted us and we were told we could choose inside or out. Having been outside all morning we decided to stay in, but the outdoor patio looked nice. Our server was great and the food was very good. I had a burger and fries, and my husband had the shepherds pie which he said was wonderful. Would not hesitate to stop here again if in the area.
