The Jubilee Restaurant is a casual restaurant located in the Pocono Mountains. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. There is a restaurant, pub and outdoor seating on the stone patio with fireplace. For over Five Decades the Jubilee has servi
Visited 2 times during our last visit to the Poconos. The food was very good from the wings, calamari, Salmon, chicken parm, and Greek skewers. We found everything was cooked perfectly and portions were large. Service was friendly and prices are very reasonable, we will be back.
We were passing through and stopped in. It had lots of room and a good sized full bar which we took seats at. They also have an upstairs smoking bar with pool tables. The chalk board had a bunch of craft beers listed as drafts but the bartender noticed me looking at the sign and said she stopped re-writing on that sign all the time months ago... so just look at the taps. A nice selection of raceway beer... Coors light, bud, miller etc... We got some miller lite. The bartender who we've never met immediately begins to complain about everything about her job that's bothering her. They are never busy... They re-routed the race traffic this year and business sucked... the owner raised the prices to pay the rent and now customers don't come in... by the way we were drinking miller for $2.00 a metal bottle hardly expensive... the food isn't that good... our location isn't close to the skiers... It's not a good place for families or kids because the locals have bad language... if you want food just go next door I hate running tables... I had to work Sunday and it was a waste of my time I'll never do it again... Sunday was my only day off and I could have gone to see my mother in Jersey in the hospital etc... Dear lord she was depressing... All this and more in the first 15 minutes of meeting this woman... Then a guy came in for a six pack and had a beer at the bar. She treated him like crap and he was a polite guy. She was out front for a smoke 3 times in 20 minutes. We asked to see a menu and she handed us 3... way to much to look at and most of it redundant. The bar seems to have an identity crisis. All different types of décor in the same place too... some parts look Italian other country western stuff piled all over tables etc... Then the cook who was hanging out with some locals at the end of the bar starts bringing free slices to the locals... Just the locals...?!?!? The cook then pokes the bartender and she freaks out yelling at the top of her lungs -stop "obscenity" poking me- and leaves for a smoke. They drove us out before we ordered and would have no interest in going back. If you're the owner I'm sure this review helped you figure out who she is... fire her she's awful for your business and the cook isn't much better..!! Dirty ladies room too...!!

We are the opposite of snow birds- we come north during the Fall and Winter months. Love the changing leaves and snow. But Sunset Green closes the end of October which limits our visits here. We love the food, drinks and ambiance. Our waitress Debbie was awesome. (She even sneaked us an extra crab stuffed clam when she heard I'd arm wrestle my mate for the extra when told the order was 5 clams...) We saw an awesome sunset with our delicious eggplant parm and chicken with crab entrees. Everything was delicious including the Long Island iced teas. Hurry back! lol - we have decided to stay open for weekends into NYE. But do have some private parties on certain days. We will have a weekly chalkboard menu on the website and will be sending out emails each week. We are having a NYE party so keep your eyes out for the menu.Thank you so much for your review. Sincerely, Shelly Luta

Our waitress was not very attentive. The unsweet tea had a bitter taste so I asked for something else & she immediately got an attitude. After we ordered stuffed flounder, she brought bread and her attitude was a little better. My husband liked the flounder.

We've been going to Da's since they opened the doors. It's a small, very relaxing pub. The surprise to some may be the fact that you can get a great meal. The menu is good, but their specials are great. We recommend the prime rib sandwich and french fries with gravy. We split it the other night and it was wonderful as always.

Visiting Murphy's Loft on your next trip to the Poconos is a must! This unique restaurant has an indoor and outdoor bar and three separate dining areas offering guests a choice between dining in an authentic log cabin room (built in 1934), a cozy glass ro
It took me awhile to find a restaurant near where I was meeting friends for a hike. We wanted a reasonably priced place that served alcoheol and had outdoor seating. Most places in the region either look like dive bars or are overpriced. Murphy's loft is an interesting place. It has indoor seating and a fireplace, outdoor seating that includes decks and a bar and even a pool. There is also seating in a patio area that is enclosed with glass. The menu is extensive and includes the usual favorites. I had the reuben which was perhaps the best one I have ever eaten. The prices are reasonable. The beer menu could use a few more microbrews but it is good overall. My only complaint is that the entrance way is not very inviting and needs to be fumigated. When we first walked in we had some doubts about the place which then went away as we walked through the patio to the deck.

Nice view of the lake from the outdoor deck. Went during the week so it was quiet and no music. The menu isn't that large and mostly pub style food. We had the fries shrimp for an appetizer and they were very good. I ordered a Stromboli and my wife had the Rachel. The Stromboli was good and the sauce that came with it was good. My wife ordered the Rachel and said it was alright. The service was very good and quick. I would go back again to try another item.

We came here on the recommendation of our Yeti tour guide. We sat outside facing the water and mountains and it was beautiful. Unfortunately, a storm came through and we had to go inside. The food was average nothing to really rave about. Itâs more about the atmosphere which we got to enjoy for about 15 minutes. The restaurant was very accommodating to our group of 9.
