This could be a great little pub. Unfortunately, like so many in the region, they pander to the dreaded, 4 legged friend.I love dogs, but why oh why, do inconsiderate owners, insist on dragging them into EVERY restaurant and bar?My girlfriend was mauled by 2 dogs as a 4yo. This has left indelible scars, both physical and emotional...but she has to sit in our car, if we visit places like this.On top of this, they don't accept cards for drinks. The ONLY saving grace for this establishment, is the Brewer, who is rightly proud of his craft and his products.

The hotel is across the road from where we are staying so we decided to book a table. The hotel caters for non-residents. They allow dogs in the bar area, just not in the main restaurant.Food choices we good.I had breaded mushrooms in a throw back to the 90s which were yummy , followed by steak and ale pie, choosing to have extra veg rather than mash or chips. My husband went for scallops followed by lasagne, and out son had mozzarella sticks followed by a mozzarella burger (don't ask). We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The staff were friendly and attentive and there was a reasonable beer / lager selection available.

This hotel does the best Sunday carvery in the area but this visit we couldn't make it for lunchtime, so went early evening instead and I must say the service was good and pleasant and we thought after a busy lunchtime energy levels would be lower than normal. Great views if you can get a window table

We visited while on holiday and popped in for a drink. Exciting times indeed for this pub, itâs coming to life, vibrant and passionate staff, a wide selection of good beers and exceptional cocktails. They are under a huge re-furb with kitchen and dining area. This place is going to shake up Seahouses. I wish them all the success in the world.

Friendly and Welcoming bistro situated in seahouses golf club, offering a range of delicious Breakfasts, Light Lunches, Sunday lunches and Bistro Menus along with the most stunning views. Everyone Welcome!
We have stopped off for coffee and cake previously but this was our first Sunday lunch at The Bistro. The menu gave plenty of choice including several vegetarian options. For starters we had Spring Rolls with chilli dipping sauce and deep fried Camembert. Both were delicious. For our mains we had a roast pork (with delicious crackling) and a silverside beef. Lunch came with a good portion of fresh vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and the fluffiest roast potatoes ever. We finished our meal with homemade apple crumple and custard and homemade strawberry cheesecake. The entire meal was absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The icing on the cake was the fabulous view along the beach to Beadnell, a wonderful setting.

We had a drink in the Beadnell Towers yesterday and we were very impressed with the lovely decor and cosy feeling to the pub, so we booked in today for an evening meal. I have to say we were a bit disappointed with the food, I had the fish pie which was dry and I couldn't tell what sort of fish was in it as it was all mushed up. So although we would call in for a drink when in the area again we probably wouldn't eat there.Dear Elizabeth EThank you for leaving us a review.Although we enjoy seeing positive reviews, it is also important to see constructive feedback also. We hope you can return again and hopefully change your opinion on our food.Kind RegardsJoann
