We have ate here about 5 times. When this restaurant first opened it was great! Then nothing but down hill from there. We recently ate there after church and were honestly shocked at how great the food was. Our waiter Jared was great as well.. Cut to the next week and we ordered the same meals take out , and were once again shocked but this time with how HORRIBLE the food was. Medium well steak was rare, pecans burnt in salad, lettuce extremely brown and wilted, no sauces for other sides. I spoke with Matthew and he ensured me he would make it right.. Upon entering the restaurant nobody came to the take out door to take my order, after waiting at least 5 minutes I had to go up front and get the attention of 2 hostesses who by the looks that I was given weren't really interested in helping with my order. Again horrible food.. burnt pecans, the lettuce was almost non existent in my salad and what was there is old and very brown, the sweet potato fries crunchy and severely undercooked. Steak pounded so thin that the rice was thicker than the steak.. this time over cooked. ,The hostess did bring the food out and I asked if everything was there and she replied probably not you'd better check it. I did and it was missing half of the entrée. So at this point I have been here a half hour and they still can't get it right. How are you guys so inconsistent??? We won't be back and if you value your hard earned money you won't either.

Our Bardstown location offers a club-level sports experience for the whole family, with fresh, never frozen wings customized the way you want them. Come visit us today, we're conveniently just off John Rowan Blvd on Granite Dr.
Service was very slow and the wings were smothered in sauce that wasn't very good. I try not to go here but the family from out of town insisted.

Recently was traveling to visit friends/relatives, leaving right after work. So, as we got to Bardstown area decided to stop and eat right off of the Bluegrass Parkway we were using to get to our eventual stop. Hadn't been to Chili's for some time, any Chili's so thought we would see how this one was and how it compared to memories of visits to other Chili's in the past.Initially we thought we might have to look for alternatives because the place was quite full. But we apparently lucked out because of the size of our party (2) and the fact that some families had finished their meals and were heading out. So, the wait was not too long.Once seated, a scan of the menu coupled with the time we wanted to head on led to looking at burger choices. My significant other ordered the Oldtimer burger with cheese while I got the Boss Burger. Quoting from their menu "Smoked brisket, tender rib meat, jalapeno-cheddar smoked sausage, bacon & cheddar with lettuce, tomato, House BBQ & house-made ranch." This is a big burger - was tempted to use a knife and fork on it to tame its size. And, it was as tasty as its description.Including soft drinks, not a bad price for the meal and definitely filling. And, visit matched good memories of other Chili's I had visited in the past. A place to consider the next time we are in the area and looking for a meal.

Try the meat sampler if you go! It comes piled high with shredded chicken, pork and beef brisket that don't disappoint! Served with your choice of 5 sauces. The sides are southern cooking and they are good! Big selection of bourbons or beers! Friendly wait staff.

Our Bourbon Trail trip to Bardstown, KY involved 3 couples. A local we met on our first day suggested BJ's Steakhouse for dinner. Sure glad she did. Although busy, we made a reservation on a Friday and were well accommodated. Greg R. served us great. We learned from him that Friday's they offer a 14 oz. Prime Rib off their menu with a salad and side or 2 sides for $20.99 until they run out. 3 of us sprung on the opportunity and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. I had mine blackened for an extra buck and got o'rings with a salad. The house ranch dressing was great and my PRib was served perfectly medium rare. All around a enjoyable experience while vacationing in Bourbon country USA.

We arived at about 1:30 was seated and placed order for smple food consisting of sandwiches wn fried green tomatoes with drinks fo water and soda--nothing elaborate. It took 45 minutes before we got our food and only after stopping the wait staff person to ask about it. She said they were short staffed in the kitchen and please be pacient. However, we noticed that a couple that were seated after us got their food before we did. In addition, two couples that were seated after our food was finally delivered got their food within 15 minutes of being seated. In hindsight, I wish we never got the food. The butter bean soup was good the rest of the meals was not as follows: 1) bacon on grilled cheese was under done; 2) steak for steak sandwich was not cooked medium as irdered and very tough; 3) meat in rueben sandwich was not pastrami and sauerkraut tasted spoiled; 4) fried green tomatoes were cold. On a positive note, the french fries were good. I have a suggestion for the restaurant--the have a banner saying "If it aint fried it aint food" I suggest changing it to say "if it aint fench fries it aint good".

We visited the Rickhouse for dinner on a weekday night for dinner but did not have reservations so we sat at the bar. We very much enjoyed our meals - the mac and cheese is to die for! It is a bit pricey but everything was very much quality dining.
