Four of us visited this restaurant for dinner. The service was very good...attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent and we felt it was good value. And we could also have a good conversation... so the noise level, which often bothers us, was not an issue. Le Fil Rouge exceeded our expectations. We had an extremely pleasant evening.Thank you for your nice review, we are glad that you had a good evening and that we exeeded your expectations. This is an awesome place to eat. They cook on an open fire grill. There were four people and each of us ordered something different. None of us were disappointed!!A definite place to eat. They speak little English and can have problems with an American credit card, so be ready with cash in case.

Visited this estaminet for the first time in ten years this weekend and was astonished to find it almost empty on a Saturday lunch. Very friendly welcome, a very short menu and nothing very original but the food was good and copious. The decor is pleasant and relaxing.I'm not sure it's very good but it's better than average

after a walk on the mountain we had a drink on the terras in the sun, nice view on the hills, then later a good snack (grilled porc and sausage with chips and salad, with bread and mayonaise..cheap price and fresh tastefull dish. we come back!! even in winter inside , rustique interior with open fire where the chef grills the meat.

Having arrived late Sunday afternoon in Bailleul France we had already booked De Bralle as we knew everything in the town is closed on Sunday. We found a warm welcome and sat on the terrace overlooking farmland.My wife ordered duck breast with cod for myself. Both came nicely presented with potatoes and vegetables. A decent house wine rounded off a delicious meal. My wife's portion of duck was huge. It didn't get wasted.Service was good with the owner speaking excellent English.Thank you very much for the kind words, hope to see you again!regards Salima
