Waren hier zum Burgeressen und es war absolut Klasse. Die Burger sind reicht lecker, 4 veggie zur Auswahl. Dazu einen sehr guten Bierausschank und viele Flaschen zur Auswahl. Ein Highlight in Hildesheim.

If you are traveling on the highway A 7 between Hamburg and Hanover and looking for good traditional German food, you should not miss Wirtshaus Sauer. The meals are great, the service courteous and the prices fair. And if you want to, you can even book a room in the hotel.
