We went in at 5pm on a Saturday, there were 4 people in the restaurant. One girl behind the bar, one guy making sandwiches. We stood at the "order here" spot for 5 minutes. Neither worker acknowledged us, nothing. Not a "we'll be right with you", not a "I'm sorry, I'll be there is a minute". NOTHING. So rude. We decided they must not need our business, so we left.

The parking isn't easy (I got dropped off) and the place isn't huge. But, battling all that is well worth the effort. The good stuff: Appetizers - stuffed mushrooms, Mac and cheese bites. For my main course, I had seared tuna. It was cooked to perfection. One of the best things is the local beer selection. If they have Good People Mexican Lager, I highly recommend. If you like a local and casual atmosphere with really high quality food, go to LiveOaks.

This restaurant is great.Food is served fast. Staff is friendly and always taking care the needs. The food is delicious. Everything I have tried on the 3 days was great. Chicken, turkey, salads. The starters either were delicious. Wings, corn, etc.The environment is informal and relaxed, with big space between the tables that allows to be on a nice conversation without to many noise. If I am again in Auburn will return for sure.

I'm a pizza nut and Mellow Mushroom fits the bill! I love the Mighty Meaty pizza and they are happy to substitute mushrooms for pepperoni. Great staff, quick on the draw but not pushy. All around great place for one, two, or a whole family or group. Thanks for coming to see us Sharlene!!

Lively and fun atmosphere and good service was a good start. Fried pickles rival any I have had anyplace. Sweet potato fries were good, but not exceptional. My burger was probably the best burger I have had in a restaurant...ever! The wings were disappointing, they were small and over cooked to the point of being tough. This is definitely a winner, and right off of I-85 I plan to visit following a football game on the way back to Atlanta.

Just wanted a place that I could grab a burger that I was told was good that also had cold beer. I ordered the burger medium it was perfectly cooked. Just a little pink in a big piece of beef. With a side order or fries only 8.95. Beer between 5 & 6 domestics only 2.00 bottles. Atmosphere feels like the beach great place to go I will go again when I travel thru that area. Also ate fried pickles they were awesome as well Thanks, Barry! We've worked really hard to perfect our hand-pattied, secret seasoned burgers over the years. Sounds like it's paying off! Remember we have Burger Night once a week at each of our locations (Auburn, Opelika and Lake Martin). We'll look forward to seeing you again soon when you're passing through town.

I was here recently for dinner. This restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of Auburn, and is within walking distance of the town proper business district. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff and a pleasant environment. The seating arrangements are pleasant and the sound level fine. The menu offers an interesting and wide selection of choices. I had the salmon which was fixed to perfection. Portions are large and filling. We had a reservation for an off-night but probably didn't need it. On game days, however, or any other special events at Auburn it's probably wise to make a reservation as the town is full of tourists and locals looking for a good place to dine and celebrate.

Stopped in Friday nite to have dinner with our son @ Auburn, arrived bout 8/815 pm had to wait 25-35 mts without reservations, once at table promptly served with no issues with the server..the location is in back alley, and the atmosphere once in the rest is kinda large road house/barn and you know when half the menu is drinks mostly whisky that's the focus. We started with the Bacon flight as the apptz, and was very tasty if portions were small, I split the burger with my wife which was average at best. My son order the steak which arrived cold to the touch, we talked with server, and it was replaced with new steak/warmer potatoes which tasted like it came out of another kitchen entirely and was brought to table by Melinda who immediatedly comped it due to the first plate screw up. Finished with the bread pudding which could have been warmer but was very flavorful, so all in all considering it's the number one restaurant in Auburn, an extremely average experience.
