We had previously dined in as a group, and it was decided to return a few months later.We were not disappointed, food was amazing.The steaks were HUGE, all meals were very generous in sizeI loved that the kids menu option of chicken nuggets consisted of real chicken and not processed crap.We all went away happy and full.

Stopped here many times, always consistent, rooms are clean and functional, meals are traditional 'pub' style, always tasty and reasonably priced.Only con this trip is the bar staff who need to take some happy pills and not be so rude. We were surprised this pub was so quiet as it's a great little spot. The front bar is quaint and cosy and the food in the bistro is great and good value. The staff were all friendly and attentive so overall we had a great experience and will be back!
