We have eaten at this chain in many other cities and was no different. Good crafted beer and great food. Kids had chicken tenders, pizza and fries and wife and I shared the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Always great! Don't forget to leave room for dessert - the salt caramel pizookie is a must have!!!

So far in 5 nights here in Beaverton, I have had dinner twice and lunch once at this restaurant. Menu is small but every dish so far was exceptional. I had salmon and halibut and both were excellent. Service was very good and we encountered no issues whatso ever. An amazing selection of beer and wines.

Oh how I missed a Ruby beer! This place is a great a find. Itâs sort of tucked away off the road with lots of trees and shrubs (twinkling Bistro lights too) so you donât feel like your right off the freeway. Great atmosphere and standard McMenamins food, vibe, drinks and outdoor seating! They have the white shed cigar bar around the corner too!

If you are looking for a bar to get away, this is the place. Nothing special as far as food or drink goes but during the breakfasst & lunch times, the best bartenders in Aloha. Great service, with a smile and after a few visits they will know your name and what you drink. Stop by the fire pit on the way in or out, its the smokers lounge.

Good selection of beers. Been able to try several breweries that I've read about, but haven't seen on tap before. Also have kombucha and cold brew coffee on tap. One red wine. Also lots of beer by the bottle and a growing selection of wines. The staff and customers and friendly and knowledgeable. The food menu is small but growing. Each time I've stopped in it gets a bit larger. Everything I've tried so far has been good.

We have enjoyed coming here for a family lunch or dinner for years because this place is never that busy so the atmosphere is very peaceful and the food is always excellent! My favorite foods are the Spinach Artichoke Dip, their Cesar Salad, and the Butternut Squash Ravioli; my husband loves their French Dip and Crab Melt. Oh, and their fries are excellent here! Pricing is reasonable for what you get and all servers do a great job of accommodating their customers. Another thing we love is the views of the golf course, especially when it is warm enough to sit out on the deck on warm, summer days! Highly recommended for families, friends or couples who want a peaceful, QUALITY dining experience.

the menu is extensive and the place is very busy during lunch and dinner. But, after 9pm the bar has a very large selection of discounted items. These are not teeny, tiny bar appetizers but almost full size lunch portions. Try the fish tacos or ribs....but everything is very good. Try it.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. Reviews like this give us motivation and help us ensure we provide high-quality care. We hope to be of service to you again in the future. Best wishes, Stanford's Restaurant & Bar

Went here for a business lunch. The service is fast and excellent. The environment is nice, although the background music is a bit too loud (I had to raise my voice to make conversation). Unfortunately, the food misses the mark for a gastropub. The scotch egg was excellent, but the lunch entrees were sub par. I had their baja tacos and the dish is a mess of ingredients that was hard to eat My colleague had a panini sandwich that was cold inside (cheese not melted). Both of us didn't finish our meals. I think I will return here in the future for drinks and snacks... but I probably won't return for lunch or dinner

Gather up your friends and hit up this spot for happy hour. Great drink specials and a pub pretzel thatâs to die for. You wouldnât think a place could outdo themselves on a pretzel but these guys did. Go check them out.

Copper River Restaurant and Bar. An exclusive concept that is locally owned and operated by those that brought Oregon the renowned, Oswego Grill.
I was here as part of a work-related celebration. We had about 2 dozen employees from the same company there. We had reservations and were seated in an area clearly laid out better for groups like ours. Overall, I think they were understaffed. Service was slow and there was only person doing the orders for the group. Our orders were taken and most of us got our food in a timely manner. Except one person. She waited until everyone else had their food then asked if hers was also coming soon. The look on the server's face told me something had gone wrong, but she covered nicely and said it would be right out. We waited another 10-15 minutes with no food for the woman sitting next to me. We finally were able to catch someone (not an easy task) and she looked surprised the food hadn't come. Come to find out, it hadn't even been started. So, she was asked to wait longer. At this point, we're all sharing our food with her and people are even done and starting to leave. She did finally get her food. I was shocked not that the mistake happened but that nothing was done to try to set it right, especially for a large, business group. She could have been offered an appetizer or an extra drink. She could have been offered to have her meal comp'd. Heck, they could have even profusely apologized for the mistake. But they didn't. I walked away thinking I would never bring my coworkers here. I wonder how many others thought the same.Thank you for your post, Kim J.Our sincere apologies for this gaffe with your associate. We dropped the ball on this service moment.Would you please contact our management, so we can make this right with you. Here's her contact information:Katie Jones, ManagerCopper River Restaurant & Bar7370 NE Cornell RdHillsboro, Oregon [email protected]
