My wife and visited at 10pm on a Saturday evening where we both ordered prawn sag baltis and naans. The baltis were properly served in metal dishes and contained generous portions of prawns. Very tasty and better than many Midland curry houses that we frequent. Service was prompt and friendly. As a frequent visitor to the Dales I wondered why we hadnât visited this place before? It was really quite excellent. Will definitely be back.

Called for a takeaway last night having been recommended by friends. A friendly greeting was had, the staff were extremely helpful and explained the dishes we had chosen in great detail. Whilst waiting for our meals Ali went on to explain about their family run business , it was obvious he is passionate about this restaurant,our food arrived after about 20mins wait.To say we both enjoyed our meals would be a understatement... they were faultless.Indian food is all about personal choice and taste,I would highly recommend anyone to try this restaurant, needless to say we will be back.

Visited as a family of 6 with my 6 month old grandson. I have had some brilliant food in similar restaurants but the Taj Mahal in Richmond is by far the best.The food was hot and very tasty also good portions staff were very polite and new all the items in detail on the menu especially cakes( yes that is his name).Prices are very reasonable. A must visit if your in the areaThanks everyone hope to see you again
