This place definitely beats many New York restaurants. Very tasty food, great service. Interior is very nice. Maybe prices a little bit high for Baku, but cheaper than in New York or any other europian big city. For example, a huge portion of seafood fried rice cost 16 manat, or about $11. The exterior is very nice. The crowd mostly foreigners and well-off Baku residents. I would recommend it.

It was really a great and amazing experience to visit Serin Restaurant in Quba.This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide,which ended up in a life time pleasant experience.The hotel staff was too friendly and hospitable. Food was also really awesome and the way of presenting was also special. The restaurant's courtyard was also amazingly beautiful with lots of fruit trees grown all around and there were cabins for families who ch I liked the most. They gave us special discounts for the meal and offered us tea as a gift.It was indeed a great experience to visit Serin Restaurant. And if I can I'll give them all 5 stars. âââââ

Nice setting and there is a lovely manager who can answer questions in English.The food is excellent. On the negative side, it seems as if this is a local spot for teenagers. LOUD teenagers, who did not order food but who sat there smoking the entire time that we were there. For my special request of a couple of pieces of salmon on my salad, we were charged $15.00. I could have gotten a salmon meal for MUCH less money and with MUCH more salmon. RIP OFF!

Tasty and comparatively cheaper Azerbaijani cuisine served. Restaurant located in the entrance of the city. Parking is available. In Praga you can find seperate rooms for sitting with family, group or friends. Moreover, during summer you enjoy meal in outdoor sitting with fountains and trees. Only disadvantage of this restaurant is that they close early (about 11 p.m).
