During the opera festival season and christmas holidays we open our doors the whole week, also on tuesday. We are looking forward to your visit at our restaurant.
This restaurant with traditional autrian cuisine menu and cosy interior offers good value for money combined with polite and friendly staff. Food is tasty & portions decent, yet it is nothing super special that would take your breath away. Good place for a quick lunch, no so much for a romantic dinner...

Good basic Austrian food and fantastic traditional Austrian desserts.Cheerful cheeky waiters making sure we were happy. We were here for a long supper and had everything from bright sunshine with a clear sky on the terrace to a stunning sunset and star-filled sky reflecting over Lake Constance at night. The drive up to there was breathtaking too.

We sat outside at this restaurant on its ample covered terrace; there were pleasant views over the lake and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. The service however was slow and not desperately friendly; but this was balanced by a great soup, some excellent vegetarian pasta and a delicious dessert.Iâd certainly come again, but my top tip would be âDonât be in a rushâ

I invited my grandmother for her birthday to enjoy an extended lunch in a nice atmosphere. We sat outside, the atmosphere was nice, the view and the newly built house (i like the clean architectue) were great.FOOD was disappointing. I chose the carpaccio and the daily special which was the fish platter recommended by the waiter. The carpaccio was average with too much rucola for my taste. The fish was disappointing: while the portion was almost too big, the quality and taste were not convincing at all. A smaller fresh fish from the grill would have been nicer than the two cheap supermarket fish filets that have been prepared in a pan with too much butter.Another point that tells a lot about the chef is that you find Schnitzel "Wiener Art" made of pork but not the real "Wiener Schnitzel" from a calf. Why?!SERVICE was not exactly great. The young waiter was just too proud of himself and the place. He asked "war sicher super, oder?" which is "sure this was amazing, wasnt it?" when he took away the plates of the main course. For that reason we even skipped dessert and went for an ice cream in Bregenz. As much as I disliked the food and the service - I will give it another try for some casual Käsespätzle and a beer as this seems to be their culinary limits.

After long walking exploring Eichenberg and Pfender, this restaurant is absolutely perfect choice. They have terrace with amazing view to Bodensee area, in high season its very pack with tourists or just local people enjoying the sun. We order tea and apple strudel for just enjoying the sun, the taste was ok but the texture of apple strudel is bit gelly and the taste of apples not so present but the waiter is so friendly and the view is amazing

The view from the terasse in a sunny winter day is really breathtaking so it really does not matter what you are eating or drinking. But even the food is excellent and I recommend the home made apfelstrudel!!!

This restaurant definitely deserves its place in the Michelin guide. The decor is contemporary yet warm and there is a nice terrace in the back that is shielded from the sun by vines. The staff is very professional (but not snobby), efficient and attentive. The food is delicious! Regional dishes prepared with a skilled hand. Nice presentation, without the food just being piled on the plates. Simply, wonderful cuisine.

However, the staff is welcoming and the service is good. Prices were a bit on the high side for what you get, but over all the food was well prepared with fresh ingredients.
