The Restaurant "Laguna" with its spacious, sunny terrace featuring a beautiful view of the Lend Laguna and the 3,000 sqm park landscape.
This is the restaurant of the hotel Seepark and, as hotel restaurant, it has a lot of good things: great design with a superb terrace for outdoor dining, great wine list, good local and international cuisine, good preparation and presentation. The service was slow and uncaring. Other than that a good place to have a good and relaxed dinner.Dear guest, many thanks for your honest feedback. We are sorry, that your were not satisfied with the service. We definitely will talk to our F&B department.Thank you again,Hope to welcome you back,Kind regards,Tanja Kürbisch

This place is truly unique. The Kropfitschbad â a place where you can come for the day to chill and swim â is one of the smallest of its kind around the Woerthersee. And on its grounds is a wonderful restaurant! The menu fortunately is small â this makes your choice easy. There are a 4 fish dishes and a 4 meat dishes and of course starters and deserts. The food is excellent, solid craftsmanship, but nothing more than that. Sad to see that all the fish is from the freezer and not from the lake.Nevertheless, we had a truly excellent meal, all dishes ordered were good but the âRumpsteakâ (Sirloin) was one of the best I ever had around the lake. The wine list is well composed - and the choice of high quality wines by the glass is truly appreciated. If you like to have a nice table (and there are only maybe four directly at the water) you need to book early. And booking itself is already a challenge. I speak of personal experience (during high season):1.) Phone call: I wish you luck. The phone is either busy or nobody picks up2.) SMS (text message) â great in theory but nobody seems to read the messages and if you get no confirmation it means you can be sure you have no reservation (happened to us)3.) email: I canât imagine that this can work as long as you donât email days aheadTherefore the best trick might be to simply stop by a couple of days before your visit and tell the waiter exactly which table you want!

The cosy Bistro 151 is unique in Austria and the surrounding of the wörthersee. There is a bar area, a small restaurant part, a large restaurant part for groups and parties and a terrace for over 70 people. Come and enjoy the Austrian, Mediterrane, Asian
The reviews are so right, great place, great ambiance and great food. And staff that makes you feel very welcome and appreciated!A reason for a d-tour when you are around the Woertersee. We had nice starters (raw biff tartar, escargots Viennese), mains where veal (rolled and blend with Parmesan and rucola) and the catch of the day (steamed freshwater fish with vegetables). Not often we take desserts but here we tried the Chocolate cake fondant and an impression of Apfelstrudel.Nice white Austrian wine to complete this lovely meal, and of course a grappa to finish. (Grappa Nonino, not the best but maybe we are to spoiled by Berta Grappa)
I was brought here by the in laws during my first trip to the area to visit them. I was not expecting something like this. It was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is styled like an alpine lodge; wooden benches, walls, ceilings, etc. The view is a amazing down on to the stunningly blue wörthersee. I ordered the mixed platter, and it was delicious. It had so many different meats, all sliced finely, served on a wooden, round, chopping board. The meat is served together with butter and spreads and bread. All of the food is home made. The price was very reasonable: 9⬠or so for the platter. Highly recommended

Soleo is a very nice restaurant, based on local cuisine but on a very high level. Nice combinations, very well prepared, excellent wines (leave the choice to the owner, you will not be disappointed) at very decent prices.Whether outside on the terrace or inside, a nice place to enjoy a great meal!

Fantastic food with local specialities,Austrian classics and seasonal highlights. We have been at this restaurant during every visit every year and it never fails. Though today was a highlight. I ordered Kärntner kasnudeln which were fantastic. My mother had home made pasta with truffle cream sauce and shaved truffles and let me tell you there was no skimping on the truffle ! My husband on the other hand hat turkey medaillons with a curry sauce and basmati rice which was equally fantastic. My children had thin and crispy French fries and soup with homemade type noodles. A must visit when you are at The lake and worth a drive .Ps The chef is the owner of the restaurant !

Really enjoyed this place, the food is good (though the menu is not very large), the service is friendly and, at least when we were there, quick and efficient. The view is fantastic, the background music at a reasonably low volume, All-in-all it was the best place to eat that we found in Krumpendorf.

Welcome to the Maria Loretto Peninsula This is where you find our restaurant Maria Loretto directly on the beautiful Lake Wörthersee in Carinthia. We have been running the family business since April 1978 with great care and attention. For us, the main fo
We had already eaten but stopped here for a few drinks and to enjoy the view. Thankfully we were lucky enough to grab a seat outside. The food however did smell very good

We found this chic, familiar and very good restaurant just by chance, travelling from Prague to Italy. So, we couldn't have been lukier! The food and the service were both excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and kind even if it was 2.00 p.m., and made us understand the menu despite the fact that we didn't speak German at all. We tried some of the trout-dishes, goulash and the deer meat dish, which was really over the top! Very good desserts too. Great experience... very pleasant memories... thank you!

This restaurant is in a typical Austrian house with beer garden. A short drive behind Portschach. The food is an excellent example of local tastings. We visited it a few times during our stay in the area. It has grown and expanded in the last four years, at times not for the better. It can get very busy and the staff can be pushed to the limit. However they do a fabulous job under busy times and the food is worth it.
