We just returned from a long journey from France and stopped for dinner at the restaurant. I decided to have a sirloin steak with pepper cream sauce. The steak was perfectly grilled and delicious. The service very attentive and friendly. I can truly recommend the place and especially the steak.

This lovely restaurant nestled in the mountains is worth a detour for lunch. The young waitstaff are clearly still in training but are friendly and attentive. The dishes are elevated versions of regional specialties that are well-seasoned and nicely presented. The most visually striking dish was the complimentary spreads to go with the bread. Overall an enjoyable lunch in a beautiful setting.

This hotel restaurant is truly the best in the entire area. From traditional regional dishes to a fine dining contemporary menu they have it all. I have to mention the wine cellar. A selection of wines I havnt seen for a long time. I mostly enjoyed their homemade chocolates you get after the meal. Its truly a culinary heaven

Ended here by chance. Was well received and although the waiter did not speak English there was no problem.Here we got delicious homemade food, at a reasonable price. If you want authentic food, I can recommend this place.

The view over the Red Bull Ring is amazing. I was here with Audi and really enjoyed every minute of it. We had nice dinner. My room was in another building and waking up and having an view over the complete circuit is really worthwhile

Das Restaurant Seiger ist in St. Lorenzen bei Knittelfeld gelegen, für die meisten also nicht gerade am Weg. Allerdings rentiert sich der Umweg für einen kulinarischen Ausflug in die bodenständische steirische Küche. Die Küche bietet immer wieder spezielle Themenwochen an, z.B. Wildwochen. Die Speisen sind hervorragend und die dazu angebotenen Weine runden den Genuà ab.

Mit Freunden die das Lokal kannten hingekommen. Eine sehr umfangreiche Speisekarte. GroÃe Auswahl an Pizzas . Sehr freundliches und flinkes Personal. Die Gerichte waren sehr üppig und gut. Besonders erwähnt sei die sehr gute Pizza. Im Haus befindet sich im Keller eine Landdisco. Da das Gasthaus in der Gegend ein Hotspot für die Jugend sein dürfte , ist reservieren sehr ratsam. Für einen Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt von Wien nach Kärnten sehr gut geeignet. Von der Autobahnabfahrt Knittelfeld Ost nur ca einen km entfernt.

Fantastic restaurant. Definitely worth a visit. We have been many times and and always have great food and hospitality. The staff are amazing. So friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.
