We were a group of 21 staying here on a dinner b/b basis. The breakfast was fine, the usual mix of cold meats, cheese, cereals, yogurt and breads. Our evening meals were 4 courses, starting with a selection of salads, then soups (creamy usually and rather similar) then mains either fish, meat or veggie. Quality was fine really, not top notch but country fare and somedays better than others. Puddings were lovely too.No complaints except the flies buzzing round were a nuisance but you get that in the country.

Take a break at Austria's highest rest stop - the Rosenberger Market Restaurant on the Brenner, the busiest mountain pass between Austria and Italy. The restaurant is situated within the municipal area of Gries am Brenner, about 30 km from south of Innsbr
As soon as you walk in you are charmed with it's decor. But when you see the salad buffet or any of the other buffet's you will be impressed. The entree is prepared for you right there and in a vry short time. It can be a little more pricey for some items, but I did not mind the price compared to the quality and quantity of the food. The people who work there are all so very friendly. Do drop in and enjoy this stop on the road.

we serve good old traditional Austrian Food but also delicious Pizzas in a nice Restaurant in the middle of the Wipptal valley between Innsbruck and Brenner
Was actually looking for another place when passed by Platzl a few times. It didn't look inviting from the outside. The first room entering is nice all though people are allowed to smoke. Next room looks more like a bar but then there is a third room - A non smoking room! Very nice Austrian style with only a few people. We all ordered different kind of "Schnitzel" and it was all delivered within 10min after ordering. The Wiener Schnitzel is on the large size - even kids schnitzel was huge for a 6 year old. All tasted good, great beers too.

Perfect if you want to explore the Tyrolean Alps. Easy access to hiking, skiing, nature and still close to Innsbruck. Very beautiful and tranquil place.

We found this gem driving around and seen the sign and went to check it out. Decor very warm and relaxing. I had canederli and goulash and my partner sauerkraut and speck canederli, both of which were absolutely delicious and obviously homemade. We went back a 2nd time and plan on staying there. The owners were very kind and it shows they put pride in what they do.

We always stop here on our way to and from Italy. The food here is great and the portions are good sized. If you're real hungry, go for their traditional "Wiener Schnitzel". These things hang over the plates (and these are big!). If you're just hungry, try their "Schnitzel" salad! Service is prompt and friendly, food is always served right out of the pots and pans. They also have kiddie meals available.

Sitting in a snow packed meadow just past the Brenner Pass is a lovely Austrian hotel that defies description. All by itself with no towns nearby, it seems odd to see a business such as this. But, we were very glad it was there. We had a wonderful dinner of Wiener Schnitzel, salad bar and a very tasty "gross bier". We think we would have enjoyed staying there. Beautifully decorated in Bavarian style, friendly owners and a surrounding landscape of snow covered peaks. (Perhaps next time we will spend more time there!)

Locale accogliente e moderno. Staff cordiale, professionale e disponibile. Consigliato.. Buon pranzo.
Nice, simpel, good
Porzioni abbondanti.
