Friends of Ours is a great example of why Melbourne is the café capital of Australia. A great local cafe with a diverse menu and competitive prices. If youâre a coffee snob like me, you will recognise that they are using only the BEST equipment - La Marzocco machine, Victoria Arduino grinders, quality beans and they weigh every shot for consistency - in short the staff are properly-trained and dedicated to excellence. There is attention to detail in food presentation and quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

We called in for breakfast after collecting our son and his wife from the airport. The service was sensational and the breakfast was scrumptious. I would absolutely re-visit in the future.

Went for dinner with colleagues and it was quite simply wonderful. We had a shared board of prosciutto to start and a glass of prosecco. Rib eye steak followed cooked to absolute perfection with a side of broccolini and chips along with an amazing red wine (didnât choose it so canât say what it was) but it was heaven in a glass!Finished off with sorbet and a wee nip of desert wine. Our waiter was Mark who gave good banter and we enjoyed his company. The ambience was great and we could actually have a conversation without shouting at one another, but you could still hear the music in the background - the acoustics are spot on. It was quite busy for a Thursday night, but our needs were met with near perfection and the food was divine.I dont know why I waited so long to visit but it wonât be long before a return visit - thank you to all the team, big pat on the back to you all for a simply wonderful night.

We had heard good reports about Thyme Café so we thought that we would give it a try. The Magic Thyme Latte, the cafe's signature drink was very smooth and creamy, but not much different to other lattes. My companion ordered a chai latte with milk, which was too sweet for her tastes and appeared to be made from powder, which she found disappointing. Soy milk costs extra. That being said, the staff were very cheerful and obliging, and the café is nicely decorated in shades of green.

Located within LaManna Supermarket, LaManna Cafe is serving Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee and Fresh Juice every day! Open 7:00 am - 5:00 pm every day Breakfast | 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Lunch | 11:30 am - 3:00 pm Juice Bar | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
I go there all the time. At least 3 times a week. Everything is awesome, my favorite being the salmon and quinoa salad. Reasonable prices. The stall across from the cafe with ice creams and smoothies is great too. Ice creams are very well priced at only $2.50. However the smoothies are way overpriced at $7.50. They should be around $5. It gets really packed on weekends and public holidays, so I recommend going early for lunch.Thank You for your kind review!! :)

If your looking for a spot to dine out for an early breakfast or late brunch in the west , go no further then East Pantry. Amazing spot to friends along for a great feed.

It has gone down hill a little since the new owners took over. Coffee not as good and the potato rostis they used to have were awesome. Saying that it is still a good spot for breaky. Maybe they may need to lift their game a little to make it as good as it was,.

Ver obliging and welcoming staff. Great open space and decent variety of dishes on the menu. Prices were fair, as were wait times on the meal. Coffee was also good. Definitely worth a visit.

Meet Mr McCracken the new fox in the field. Situated below the newly built Hyatt Place, Mr McCracken is a welcomed addition to Essendon Fields. Serving up genuine European fare it is the perfect spot to escape the office for an express lunch, to graze in
Living in the area I was oblivious to the existence of Mr McCracken, but not anymore. This was a great find. A bustling bar and restaurant serves brilliant cocktails and delicious fresh food. Saturday night was difficult to book and got very noisy , nevertheless I willtry again .Hi galavanterAust, thank you for your lovely review. We're so glad you've visited our venue and enjoyed the food and atmosphere! We look forward to hosting you again as a new regular.
