We arrived without a booking and were not able to get a seat at this restaurant even though there were spare tables. Instead we had to order a takeaway meal from the restaurant menu but were still charged the full price as those guests getting table service. While we were waiting some friends invited us to join them at their half-empty table. However the restaurant staff ignored us and our food was still served in plastic containers. Totally unimpressed with the bizarre service and lack of consideration for guests.

Fresh fish was on the menu, prepared in a variety of different ways - sashimi, carparccio, BBQ grilled. Served with fresh salads and yummy desserts.Take a coat in winter months as you are sitting on a balcony.

Really nice food (pork curry) with a gorgeous out-look~ watching the sunset over the Green. The club house has this large eating, sitting, open area..very cool with nice aspect. But...its so noisy you can't have a conversation..

Lord Howe Islandâs best modern cuisine is found at The Arajilla Restaurant. We source premium ingredients locally and from the mainland to keep the menu fresh and interesting. Arajillaâs kitchen garden produces organic vegetables, herbs and greens. The ex
It can be difficult to get a booking as the restaurant is reserved for guests staying at the resort. It may help to go there in person to get a booking. The restaurant is in a lovely garden setting and has great ambiance. The food is excellent albeit somewhat expensive for the size of the portions. Servings could be more generous. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful and memorable experience.Thankyou for your review and we do recommend bookings in advance as our in-house guests will be reserved first as we only have certain amount of tables and chairs. Our menu is designed so you can enjoy all 3 courses from our very talented chefs. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

This store is the smaller of the 2 stores on the island. Convenient for guests staying on northern end of the island. Donât expect to pay mainland prices as every item needs to be shipped over, but ok for self catering apartments. We used this store on most days to top up on necessities as eating out every meal was expensive.

We dined on the verandah overlooking a garden and large jacaranda. Three courses for $60 with soup and bread rolls, extensive smorgasbord of fried and grilled fish, many salads and side dishes, the dessert selection was very impressive. Overall good food and good value. Dinner service started at 7 pm. This is mid range cost for Lord Howe Island restaurant dining. The king fish here was better than elsewhere we tried. Recommended

One of the best meals and best value dining we enjoyed on Lord Howe. My grilled Wahoo fish was excellent in texture, flavour and presentation. Weekend nights here are pizza nights. Wednesday is very busy with locals gathering. We recommend booking at least 2 days ahead most nights.

Anchorage Restaurant, situated just a stones throw from the iconic Lagoon Beach, is the perfect venue, whether it be for morning coffee and breakfast, a quick lunch between walks or tours, a boozy afternoon in the sun, or a relaxing dinner after a hard da
So lovely to be able to have beautiful fresh sourdough for our sandwiches while walking the trails of the island

Even if you are not staying there, book in for dinner one night - a three course short menu with kingfish always there. Enjoy good wines and a relaxing nightSorry - only Pinetrees guests can come for dinner. The lodge is full most nights, and we can't provide exceptional service and food for any more than 75 guests (our maximum). Lord Howe is 600km from our local supermarket, so we have to carefully plan our meals based on our pre-booked guest numbers. However, non-guests are very welcome to book for lunch. Many of our in-house guests have BBQs and picnics, so we always have space at lunch - and the food is good! Please call us on (02) 6563 2177 for lunch bookings. Thanks!
