A jazz cafe & vegan tapas bar with regular live music set in the courtyard of the picturesque and historic Staplehurst Grange.
We were at Django's for the music, wondering whether the long drive into the countryside would be worth it. Any fears were soon dispelled by the attractive setting, lovely buildings, and friendly welcome. I only had a piece of cake, but it was delicious. As delicious as the music, in fact, but Paul Armfield, like Django's, is well worth finding.

Taste of India offers a great tasting menu to its guests, depending on their varied tastes. From a starter to main course, everything tastes really delicious. Our mission is to have every guest who comes through our doors leave impressed by our service an
We came across this restaurant on the way back to the Redfunnel Ferry. As we were short of time (30 mins), we thought it would be best to grab a take away. When we arrived at the restaurant we were warmly greeted by the manager, who offered (free drinks) and chatted with us while we waited for the food. He also spent a lot of time discussing the different dishes for the vegetarian and gluten-free guests amongst us. The food arrived within 5-10 mins and the manager kindly gave us complimentary wooden utensils and paper plates as he knew we were eating the food in transit. He also recommended we ate the food inside the waiting area of red funnel ferries as there were tables and chairs that we could use. This was a great tip and it became a very enjoyable and economical way of eating a meal. The food was extremely tasty and we managed to eat everything including the complimentary poppadoms and sauces/dips. We will definitely return if we visit the Isle of Wight again. However, the manager has given us details of his friend who has a restaurant near where we live in London and as he recommended it, we will definitely be eating there too. We eat a lot of Indian food both at home and out and the food at the Taste of India was some of the best we have had. Enjoy! Thanks a lot for providing us with your review. It means a lot for us to be able to continuously learn and develop our service offer. I will pass on your feedback about Chan. I hope to see you next time when you visit the Island.Regards,TOI
