Good for a quick bowl or plate of rice, vegetables, beef or chicken and a vegetarian selection in a bare bones setting. Personally, I prefer the Panda Express for more variety, but this is fine if time is an issue.
Where to eat Italian food in Whittier: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Great service, great value and the food was awesome! When ordering the chefs marinated chicken ask how spicy it is as I could not eat this due to it being too spicy and it took 25 minutes to arrive, however the rest of the food was really good.
I was getting bored with the Chinese close to home, so we did a search on YELP and found Yang's in east Whittier. Reviews online were all really good, and they even have delivery...so why not, right? What a great place! We had hot and sour soup, Crab Rangoon (with real crab in it!), Lettuce Cups (chicken), Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. All of it was marvelous, very fresh and delicious. We'll be driving the whopping 6 miiles to go here instead of the 4 mile trip to our previous Chinese food destination. If you're up for some real Chinese, with reasonable prices, go here.

Just a fun, friendly, family place with affordable pricing, good food and excellent value. We make a regular visit to the New Canton each time we are in Whittier and have always been pleased.

This was my first visit to this restaurant and enjoyed it. The do offer several choices of lunch specials, including one entrée and 2 side dishes, We instead ordered from the appetizer menu. We had chicken skewers, jasmine rice, fried cheese/crab sticks and one other item. All were good, but were a bit on the sweet side (except for rice) and I'm diabetic so wouldn't order them again.
