I make it a practice to AVOID ALL buffet restaurants. Mostly because I eat too much, and secondarily because I've experience "cleanliness" issues. We were invited as guests to visit the China Harbor. I was pleasantly surprised by the food choices, quality and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful, the floor absent any DEEP SEATED soiling, and the bathrooms were clean. NOT SPOTLESS, but clean. I ate too much, as usual, but I will likely return if invited.

Panda Express can offer some excellent food -- if you're there at prime feeding times. If you go between lunch and dinner, the food can be less than hot. If you don't want the two or three entree plate, go for a bowl. It's good to know the menu items are made fresh.

Our chef was great and that really can make or break a visit to a hibachi grill. He made great jokes. Original jokes we hadn't heard 100x's before. He picked on my son for only ordering sushi (which we all got a kick out of)! He was very talented with his tricks, and his food was great. They don't use cheap chicken thighs when you order a chicken entree, and I really appreciate that. The filet was a nice cut of beef that tasted very fresh. Our waiter was attentive and refilling drinks constantly. We all enjoyed our experience at dinner that night. It is pricey but it's a dinner and a show so with that in mind it's well worth it!

I have eaten seven or eight times at Little Panda in the past year. Every time they have been very friendly, the food has been hot and fresh, the portions immense, and the price very reasonable. This is not the Golden Moon for sure. But it is a very good place to eat in or carry out. If you have something you did not see on the menu ask them. A lot of time they have things that people have tried in the far east that they only eat them selves. They will be glad to share.

Yellowtail or Little Penguin chardonnay...both 1.5 ml bottles...NOTHING decent; not by the glass nor the bottle. Would probably do better to go BYO...okay maybe the food would be better. I got spicy basil with duck. Flavor was good, portion fine, but duck WAY overdone---chewy in fact. I asked why there wasn't dressing on the salad, and was told that was not "salad." PLEASE please people: if you advertise something---SERVE IT. Menu says served with salad and choice of white or brown rice...doesn't say GARNISHED with lettuce and carrots. Won't go back.

Been looking for a good Asian food restaurant for 10 years in the Granbury area. Finally found Golden Moon in Weatherford. The food is excellent, prices are good, and the staff is just terrific. My favorite is the Spicy Noodles with beef. They have been in business for 32 years and I hope they are around for another 32 years. Highly recommend. Not a very large restaurant but very nice.
