Discover Restaurants offering the best Asian food in Vancouver, Washington, United States. Steeped in history, Vancouver is the oldest city in Washington. Once the largest western outpost of the British Hudson's Bay Company, where supplies and food were bartered in the 1800s, it was closed in 1860 as Americans took over commerce. The outpost was later recreated as the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site. Ate dinner here w/husband (1st time for dinner; my 2nd time there -- tried lunch solo first). The atmosphere is quiet yet friendly, wait staff very nice & efficient, food excellent and background music relaxing. Each dish was as good or better than the next. We had their Thai salad, Pad Cashew Chicken with Jasmine Rice, and 3 flavors tilapia. All were so good we had a hard time slowing down to savor them! We had dessert too; sticky rice w/mango & coconut ice cream & a strawberry cheesecake. We're looking forward to our next meal there. Have a feeling we'll become regulars.

Where to start? It took 15 minutes, once we were seated to get water. The pot stickers were served cold and the waiter was indifferent when we mentioned something. 30 minutes after we ordered khao soi soup and pad thai, the food still hadn't arrived. This, by far, was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in years. Fail!

Went here on a recommendation from business colleague. Very good soup / noodle options inclusive of beef, pork, shrimp, tofu and veggie options. Went with the N5 and was not disappointed - co-workers had P1 and V1 respectively. Nicely sized portions where you don't need appetizers. Would recommend and you can get out the door for four for lunch under $50 inclusive of tip.

This strip mall restaurant is a bit pricey but the quality of the food and its preparation are very good. I had the Drunken Noodles and my wife had the Spicey Basil Bowl, both medium-hot. We were both pleased. Come early for lunch. This place fills up fast!

This restaurant is just off the highway where you would expect mediocre food but the food here was delicious and quickly and expertly prepared. Very friendly staff and excellent service. There is no alternative to sushi however so all in the party must want that. Lunch specials are not available on Saturday or Sunday and the food is pricey.

Very quick and good service. Had the Pad thai. I ordered mild plus, but for me it was a little to hot. Otherwise it was an great lunch.

The AC wasn't working this evening, but fans around the restaurant were surprisingly comfortable. The owner was very friendly, helping my family with the rice paper wrappers (which they needed to dip in the water provided) and refilling ice water from time to time. We enjoyed the Vietnamese crepes and tofu stir fry dishes. Basil and mint sprigs were quite fresh. The Thai iced tea was tasty, but no refill was offered. The regular iced tea was weak and not very tasty. Impressive artwork and traditional music were nice, but the strip shopping mall setting was always in view.

My wife came here on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. I had been here before, for lunch, and dinner you get even more food at a reasonable price. My wife got a mai tai the had plenty of alcohol and was on happy hour. I got the ginger chicken like always. It had been a while and I believe they changed it a little, but still super good, with a little spice. Deffinently a place worth trying. My wife and I got two meals and two drinks for around $30. If you have a payback book, there is a $5 off coupon. Not much but helps pay for the tip :)

We love sharing the meals our mothers taught us with our friends in Vancouver and Salmon Creek. We are authentic, friendly and fun! Come share and enjoy a taste of homemade Thailand cuisine. Our authentic Thai recipes include a variety of herbs and spices
Meeting friends on a Friday night this popular location was crowded. Their menu was good and their specials had a very good selection. Service was great and considering the number of tables that needed to be served it was fast too. The food was very good. So, all in all, this is a great place to go if you are in the mood for Thai food.

On Sunday, September 22, my family and I visited the Orquidea Tahi restaurant and waited around 10 minutes to be attend, we ordered our drinks and when the waiter returned we told him that we were ready to order our food, but we also told him that he had forgotten a drink, to which he apologized. We waited for about 25 minutes and asked him if the food will take longer, he would go to see. They returned with my wife's meal and mine and the waiter left and we thought he would bring the rest of our food, we waited 10 minutes, in that journey the waitress bring us food that we had not ordered, my son called the waiter to ask him where his food was which he said he had forgotten, my son told him not to worry anymore and to give us the check. Before the waiter came back they bring to my son two drinks that he had not ordered, when the waiter returned with the bill we were surprised because he charged us all the full order,we asked him to call the manager. The very friendly manager apologized and took away what we had charged extra and a 50% discount. I want to clarify that it is a good restaurant but it really was a very bad experience, I will not be returning for a long time.
