This beautiful, modern Hotel Restaurant is situated in a wonderful location by the sea, in the charming German town of Timmendorfer Strand. The food is international with a strong Oriental inspiration which makes it very interesting as well as delicious: the Tempura jumbo prawns were fabolous, the selection of fish was incredible too. The wine was chilled to perfection and the service fast, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Unser erster Besuch in diesem asiatischen Restaurant war durchaus eine gute Wahl. Der Service war freundlich und zügig, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die China Suppe war offensichtlich nicht aus dem groÃen Eimer sondern selbst gemacht und wirklich lecker. Die anderen Gerichte waren schmackhaft und ausreichend. Hier werde ich bei Gelegenheit wieder hingehen.

The Bar / Restaurant "Roof" is part of the Bayside Hotel in the first row alongside the beach in Scharbeutz.I have been there two weeks ago and had a wonderful night, sitting outside, looking over the baltic sea and drinking Gin Tonics.Prices are reasonable and the Gin selection good. Inside the restaurant you can eat great Sushi, however we only had some fingerfood outside. Blankets are available and I can only recommend to take in the nice atmosphere.
