This is one of my personal favorites, whether for lunch or dinner or whether we take the European Selections or the Asian! Always delicious, fresh and beautifully presented food served with hospitality! Come in as a stranger and leave as a regular!

Located inside the gigantic Cannes Marina complex, the Lotus is serene and bamboo-calm. Very friendly service, and comfortable prices considering the premises.Vietnamese? Not really. Trying to comfort all segments, it falls a bit outside. Where is the Pho?That said this is a good place with wholesome hommade food.The nems, the Vietnamese spring rolls were fantastic, full of flavour and with a genuine Vietnamese dipping sauce.The ginger duck was overcooked and too gingery. The duck a lâorange was perfectly cooked, succulent and delicious. But the orange sauce was too sweet.The rice and noodles to accompany the dishes were overpriced.Nice and simple rose was good.The mixed Asian dessert was very tasty. With nougat, coco, sesame, ginger sweet our meal was happily ended.The Lotus is obviously capable of serving authentic Vietnamese food, bit in France it is difficult......They can do it in Australia!This is maybe as close as you will get outside Paris.We would go again.
