If you are looking for great Nepalese food with very friendly service then do visit Namaste Gurkha. It is not a large restaurant so ensure you book, especially on a weekend. Popular with families as children are very welcomeâ¦which adds to the hubbub of the overall atmosphere. Tried this place after reading the reviews, was definitely not disappointed !! The food was delicious, large servings and piping hot. Can honestly say that this was the very best Chinese take out that we have ever eaten, and will be visiting again very soon

The owner and staff are extremely courteous. The lunch menu consists of two courses. You choose from about 6 starters and 6 mains, then both courses come at once, on the same plate. I've eaten there 3 times, each time trying different dishes. They were all delicious.

Even though I live locally I hadnât been to the pub since it had changed to KTM Rox. I had been recommended the food by a friend and must say I pleasantly surprised at how much it had changed for the better.Yes the drink prices are more on par with Twickenham/Richmond but we were happy to pay more for the relaxed atmosphere. I also thought the food was very good value as even the small plates are a generous size.Iâm not normally a fan of dumplings but their momoâs have converted me, I will be back soon for sure!â¥ï¸

Weâve been meaning to try this place for a while and finally went for dinner. We arenât that familiar with Korean cuisine but the waiter was absolutely brilliant in giving us some insight I to the dishes and drinks. We opted for Korean BBQ style which is prepared in front of you at the table and some really delicious starters (kimchi pancake at his recommendation, which was great)It was empty in there when we first arrived at around 7.30 on a weeknight, which almost put us off and Iâm so glad we went in anyway. And then in fact by the time we left, it was totally full. The chicken was so good and we went for the spicy option which was delicious. The service was excellent and friendly and very quick to respond even when the restaurant was full. Really recommend going along especially if youâve never been and if youâre bored of all the chains in this area. We will be back for sure.

I was on a business trip in the Heathrow area and convinced a colleague to go out and have Indian food before our meetings the following day. My personal mission was to eat lamb curry. Initially I was quite challenged with the menu not being familiar with Indian dishes except for Tandoori. But waitress Punam (hope I spell her name correctly) did an excellent job to advise me and my colleague. The result was fantastic food paired with caring service. This is the first time we have visited the new restaurant....Looks impressive from the outside, but unfortunately it seems to have lost that personal service and charm that the old place used to have...To be honest the food was still very nice but we were served by a waiter who obviously didnât know his way round what we found was a very confusing and large menu!Certainly seems to have gone up a notch in price (maybe thatâs a must with the new premises)Itâs a shame, it was our point of meeting friends in Staines, we probably wonât return. It just lacked that certain something....Sorry Sushi Naraâ¹ï¸
