The food at our hotel was dire, so we decided to eat at the Maharaja. We had chicken jalfrezi and chicken dopiaza with rice and garlic nan. The food was very aromatic and flavourful. The drinks were reasonably priced also. We sat outside on a beautiful warm evening and had very pleasant meal. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

We were not disappointed after finding this restaurant on Tripadviser. We found a parking right outside and ambled the harbour unit 6.30pm when the restaurant opened for dinner. We had an Italian salad and onion bajillions to start. Salad was very nice with a fried egg on top - very fresh salad. Onion bajillions was designed to fill. Also got popadoms and sauces. Need to eat them fast before the air humidity gets to them. Sauces were very good.We then had the same main meal being the chef's special, mushroom rice and garlic naan.Cokes were nice size bottles and well chilled.I was unable to finish everything and I have a very large appetite.Highly recommended, sit outside or indoors.

Hotel restaurants get overlooked. In most cases thatâs a good thing. Itâs often a mystery why a good hotel does not pay attention to its restaurant and if done well can be a great revenue stream. The Bistro at Espléndido Hotel is really very good. Youâll find it hard to pick a duff dish. David and team work with carefully chosen ingredients. They know how to cook. Front of house decked in white shifts, jeans and trainers look after you well even at busy times. Please book a day or two ahead. So many walk-ins get turned away. Itâs a busy place. Most inventive restaurant menu in the area. Enjoy. No fee was received for this review. We arrived after midnight to Soller and this was the only place, where we could get food. We had two curries and some kebab. The curries with Nan were fine, whereas the kebabas were ordinary.

Japanese fusion cuisine restaurant with the taste of the Mediterranean Sea.
What fantastic food! First time eating proper sushi and it was amazing. The flavours and the presentation were just super. We had miso soup and Thai chicken salad to start then a selection of sushi and sashimi followed by a desert of Sichuan pepper with raspberry and cream and caramel ice cream-it was lighter than we thought and finished the meal perfectly. Good wine selection too.Great service and decor perfectly matched the food. We will be back.
