Our regular place just around a corner was under refurbishment so we stopped here for a family lunch... soon the experience felt like a comic sketch. Undercooked pink chicken, very few selection, bad taste, unprofessional service. Positive: very friendly staff

Was looking forward to this restaurant but sadly apart from the mixed starters which were tasty. The main dishes were more like a bland Chinese than Vietnamese. Probably they have sadly tuned the dish's to the local's palette.

We travelled 34 km just to try this restaurant in Thonon, but sadly we could not eat. They were serving only people that had booked. There were plenty of places available but because of shortage of staff, they refused to sit us. It was almost 13:30 when we got there and, after that, we could only find a decent place to eat more than one hour later back in Geneva. So for me, this was a terrible lunch experience.Dear customers,We are really sorry that you drove all the way to visit our restaurant but weren't able to find a table. There was indeed an accident that one of our staff had had to leave 30 minutes before the closing time and we had no choice but refuse new guests. Thank you for your comprehension and we hope to see you again very soon.Chez Xuan Restaurant Asiatique

What a great find! Staying overnight nearby and needed to eat... found this restaurant and without any research decided that it was an option. Very pleased with service and quality of food. Menu only in French but with the help of Google Translate worked out what we may like to eat. Kids very happy to have chicken Sweet and Sour as an option... food was presented well on individual plates, so not a sharing type meal. Rice and Noodles were extra but very tasty. Highly recommended, Merci.thank you for coming

Il y a un buffet varié avec des produits que vous trouverez facilement dans ce genre d'établissement mais avec quelques inédits. Vous pouvez cuire vous même vos viandes & vos légumes dans un barbecue incrusté à votre table. Le choix est assez large puisque chaque viande est accompagnée avec différentes sauces. Le buffet est réapprovisionné régulièrement & le personnel est réactif.

We live around the corner from this restaurant and have visited several times. I have never been disappointed. The food is beautifully cooked, clean, fresh, tasty. The staff are friendly and polite and good with our two little boys (6&8). Several other reviews state that the service is not good, but that has never been our experience. The specialities served on sizzling platters are great, and the soups are wonderful. Maybe the other reviewers saying that the food was "okay" did not choose a speciality, or were just unlucky, but we find this restaurant consistently good. In the summer their terrace is really pretty. The prices are good value for the food too.

We went there for Dinner, the food was delicious and prices are very reasonable (expect the Singha beer which is definitely too expensive, EUR 4.90).The waitress was very kind and professional. Really delicious Asian food. The Tom Kha is excellent. Service is really quick. Staff are friendly. Food is excellent. Would suggest a booking over the weekend, especially in Summer.
