I visited this new spot in Scarborough to celebrate a friend's birthday.The restaurant is clean and spacious. Flat screens are mounted showing music videos and sport matches. The washrooms are clean.We decided to order lunch however there was no menu booklet. So we had to constantly keep asking what the options were. When we ordered drinks they were out of stock for several beverages.I was not wowed by the server since not enough cutlery was provided for our group. Despite these challenges I must say, the food tasted really awesome. It was also served in a quick manner. I had bbq chicken, with pigeon peas, vegetable rice and a green salad. The chicken was delicious.

The premise as indicated in the name: food in a bowl. The menu is simple... 1.Rice or noodles 2.Chicken/fish/beef/veggie 3.Choice of vegetables (3) 4.Choice of sauce (teriyaki, sweet and sour - can't remember the rest) That's it!! Simple but excellent. Most items are prepared on the spot, so there is a bit of a wait, but it has been definitely worth it.

Still canât believe the top quality I got at this unassuming take out. Their menu is typical of Trini fused fare but it was made with fresh ingredients and a great wok, ie hot and fast. Not much visuals on entry. Navigating menu options needs patience.Turnaround on order was fast.Prices are moderate. Large sizes are large, i.e. sufficient for two.
