Arrived at Troyes very late after a long day on the road. After being turned away as being too late from a couple of places we found this restaurant, quiet but still serving at 10.30pm. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and exquisitely presented. The duck breast cooked perfectly in a 5 spice sauce was amazing, and only 9 euros. I highly recommend Mai Lan as worth a visit.

traditional korean food, great atmosphere, great service. Easy French and English menu, a decent choice.
Arriving in Troyes just after 2pm we were disappointed to find most restaurants had stopped serving so had no choice other than to go into Little Korea as we were starving and had been looking forward to a nice French lunch in the square in the sun. Our disappointment was short lived as we were served one of the tastiest lunches we had had in a long time. Attentive service and beautiful freshly cooked food which was also great value. Would certainly return.

Would you like to travel but staying in Troyes? Come to the BARCI-BARLA to discover our selection of tea and cofee, cocktails, world wine, beers from here and oversea... Each week we cook a menu of a country for lunch
Lovely setting for a sunny day. The tables set outside under the trees. A set German menu, despite this being a tapas restaurant. They offer food from a different country every week. The starter sounded weird but Iâm open to surprises. A pretzel with Béchamel and cheese. Imagine a giant one with a dry coating of cold cheese sauce.Main course: Curry Wurst with chips. Turned out to be thick slices of one smoked saveloy served with a spicy tomato sauce (the best thing about the dish), a few scrawny chips and a lazy salad dressed with the thickest brown mustard dressing Iâve seen in my life. A bottle of Perrier. â¬16.50.I told the server and the cook about my disappointment but this is a place with many passing tourists. Who cares if they ever come back! Well, your review make our team feel really sad. That you didn't like your meal, I could understand it.But please, don't say we are that kind of «restaurant for tourists»... because we aren't!The waiter asked you why you were disapointed and, as you mentionned in your review, the cook also took the time to talk with you... We don't do our job for money (trust me, the rate salary/hour is not one of the best!), we do it with passion, for food and people. We only have tourists 4 months a year, the rest of the time our customers are locals and lot of them are friends now...and we DO care they come back!

Created in 2011, the Japanese restaurant "Sushi Yaki" in the heart of the champagne cork, a historic place in Troyes aims to be a tasting of Japanese dishes in a refined, elegant and Zen restaurant.
We were looking for a late light lunch on a saturday and stumbled into this because the neighboring restaurants were serving things we didnt want to eat, juging from what other patrons had on their plates. They were so kind to accomodate us even though the request was falling out of their service hours. We ordered Sashimi and a seafood dish (soup). The portion was not too huge for the sashimi but I guess that's what it is like for sashimi. The quality was however excellent and the presentation too. The seafood bowl was very tasty. All in all a very worthy visit.
