Reading the reviews I was expecting more but unfortunately was a over estimation .The location is nice , the service good but the food nothing special . The trentin sushi has just the sound of an evocation , only that , only rice mainly and tasteless.The rest of the dishes are a sum of nice attempts, a mix cultures and cuisines which creates confusion and does not give a soul to the please and the results are not in line with the expectation . Prices too high for the area . Good areas for improvements but at least the people are nice and with strong commitment to work and improve. I would suggest the chef and the personnel make a learning trip in some international cities to watch...

We happened upon Alla Roza by chance on our return to our hotel so decide to have dinner there the next night (Sunday). We were very pleased with the service, the quality of the food and the ambiance of the Restaurant. The staff were very helpful and kind (as our Italian isn't very good). Would recommend Alla Roza

Menu ricco (alla carta o all-you-can-eat) con specialità giapponesi e cinesi. Ampia sala e due salette tatami. Ci trovate sopra il supermercato Eurospar a Rovereto (TN). Gradita prenotazione.

Sushi di buona qualità e ben servito. Esteticamente il locale è poco accogliente e quando piove il pavimento è un poâ scivoloso ed appiccicoso, per il resto la pulizia è buona. Buona anche la varietà dei piatti. Prezzo allineato con gli altri all you can eat. Il servizio è gentile e veloce fino a quando il locale non è troppo affollato, poi diventa un poâ distratto e lento, ci si sente un poâ abbandonati.
