Have been here several times as we enjoy their food tastes and service. 2 had their " Family dinner #2", and others had Shrimp Foo Young, and Hong Kong style noodles with scollops, shrimp, chicken, and vegetables........flavor and taste of each dish was very good. We will return!

Let's be clear right from the start. This place isn't pristine. If youre put off by greasy fixtures and such, this may not be for you. It's a bit of a dive, especially during and right after busy lunch or dinner times. BUT...if you can look past that you will have a very nice meal at a good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You pick up a bowl and fill it with raw meat and vegetables, then add sauces and seasonings and give it to the chef to cook on their grill. One of the reasons I love this place and keep going back is that they are very accommodating when it comes to food sensitivities. I am gluten free and have other food intolerances as well. The kind chefs took special care to clean the grill , change to new sticks, and make sure they didn't cross contaminate my meal with anyone else's. I have eaten there several times and have not had any problems with reactions. For fast food type meals, that is nothing short of a miracle. The food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I really think the greasy/messy parts are from sloppy customers. The cooking areas look nice and clean. I do wish they would have the staff wipe things down and degrease the counter areas every hour or so, but they are so helpful and tasty, I still give them 4 out of 5.

I've had some of the specialty sushis in the past, but my favorite is just to get a large nigiri and sample the more mundane sushis

The beautiful modern interior is a lovely backdrop to delicious cuisine served by an attentive staff. Generous portions. I adore their desserts. Restaurant also has a separate bar. Good parking. I often meet friends here.

Many restaurants seem to decline over the years for various reasons. This restaurant continues to deliver excellent meals and service at a reasonable price in a nice environment with nice people. The Peanut Chicken lunch or dinner is an excellent choice. It is a great tasting meal that includes peanuts. I have been unable to find anything comparable elsewhere. The shrimp tempura is served hot and crispy. The shrimp are large and excellent in taste. Please see my other reviews about this restaurant. It has not changed. The same good people are preparing and serving the food.

It's located in an unassuming strip mall on the western side of Oakdale next to the Stanislaus river. It's next to a card room and a fitness center. Not that impressive from the outside. The interior is clean with more tables then one might expect. The food is the star here. My son had the orange chicken of course. He pronouncedit excellent. We had spring rolls with a dipping sauce that was very good. I ordered Pho with medium rare steak slices, number 18, I believe it was excellent. Reminded me of the Vietnamese food I have had in Seattle. As the menu says, good any time of year. With the weather turning cooler it is perfect. Next time I'll try a different dish to compare. Not really sureif there are 38 entries but their could be that many. There are plenty!I would recommend Pho 38! We will be back.

We love Asian Food, and are on a life-quest to find great Dim Sum. We didnât find it here. Hard to describe this place, would it be stereotypical though to say that it appeared popular among local Asians (my Girlfriend is Asian, but not Chinese). We gave this place a good try and weâre hopeful. Service was sketchy and the Dim Sum was not exciting, not very flavorful, and frankly, your local Panda Express has more flavor palates going on than this place. Basically it was a let down, with flavors ranging from mild-Chunking, to bland sesame oil. This was a âone and doneâ culinary trip for us.Helpful Hint - try at your own risk, but donât expect to be âwowedâ. Eat just enough to still be hungry for Panda at the Mall. Sorry Dynasty Garden, you just didnât do it for me.

This is my friend's favorite place to celebrate her birthday lunch. She said the dragon roll is the best in town. I wondered if I would find something I liked. No problem! I had a chicken teriyaki plate that was huge. I told them that I don't eat rice or sushi so they added extra tempura vegetables. The teriyaki chicken was a large tasty serving . There was a small scoop of good potato salad & a bowl of green salad. They were very accommodating for me. Both my friend and I had a terrific lunch! I would not hesitate to return to such a nice lunch. I thought the price was reasonable & the service was great. Maybe next time I will remember to take a picture of the huge plate!

We always ordered carry out in this place when the family wants something different. Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. You will be greeted by a very polite Chinese lady. Orders usually are ready in 15 minutes. Tastes clean, fresh and good. The place is very clean and well maintained as well. Very close to a major grocery store.
