Moving to the area we had big hopes for finding good food that would replace spots from back in Metro DC/ MD Wheaton/Balt/Northern VA. We have been doing our research and in no real order started here as it was close to our hotel as we had just closed on our new home and wished to try the bar. We walked in a bit early for a night and had the place to ourselves for the first part of the meal. Very nice wait gentleman asked us how we were and set us up with some drinks that hit the spot. We were in no rush and had another round before ordering the happy hour deal of Spring & Egg Rolls (note by the time we got the bill the savings worked out well).I was on the fence between the Shaken Beef and Sesame Beef; to be true, I don't recall what I ended up with but it was clean and tender with a large bowl of stuff that was very filling. I did jazz it up a tad with some hot sauces but that is just me, it did not need much help at all. A few moment later a nice bowl of chicken broth came out as an extra that that was very rich, went so well on a rainy night with a tad bit of rice in it as lots of this was served on the side. She had a Combo Seafood bowl that was huge; she was good with it.Both the wait man and a woman were very nice and we would like to try more items and drinks here. Service could not have been nicer!.

Passion for Ramen -What started as a simple conversation among two friends with a passion for ramen soon became the inception of Miyagi Ramen Bar. Our main goal was to bring non processed home cooked Asian meals with fresh ingredients to the Delaware beac
In Delaware, there are decent number of Japanese restaurants (mostly Chinese-owned). There are a handful that are Korean-owned with a mix of Japanese and Korean cuisine. Miyagi is one such restaurant. Named after the Miyagi prefecture in Japan, which is located on the same latitude line as DE, the restaurant advertises itself as a ramen bar. There are half dozen ramen options, as well as poke bowls and Korean rice bowls. We tried the Shoyu Ramen with chicken, Don Katsu (deep fried pork on rice), and the Korean Fried Chicken. In addition, they just started a summer special menu that includes Mul Naengmyun, a very popular dish at Korean restaurants and my favorite summer dish (though I like the spicy version better). The naengmyun was good but I prefer it being a little colder, so I threw some ice into the broth. The ramen was very good....dark colored broth, but not too heavy. The KFC was sauced in a soy ginger flavor. KFC is very popular in big cities like NY and Philly, but this is the first restaurant I've found in DE that serves it. The skin isn't as crispy as it should be and I like a soy garlic glaze instead. I'm giving it a 5-star rating, though it could use some tweaks, because it's a unique restaurant in an area where there is a dearth of Korean offerings. Though most people associate it with its Japanese influences, it will now be my family's go-to place for Korean food in Rehoboth.

We are a modern Asian restaurant that offers Chinese, Thai, Japanese food, along with amazing Sushi. Happy Hour is 4pm to 6pm everyday at the bar offering discounted sushi and appetizers and drinks (restrictions apply). Lunch specials daily, except Sunday
Delicious food, a cute little space and friendly, professional staff made this a fun night out for our group of seven. Several of us split the shrimp and vegetable tempura which was yummy. I had chicken pad Thai which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Others had fish, shrimp pad Thai, dim sum, and another chicken dish and everyone really liked their choices. Would definitely go back.

Our group of eight ordered almost as many appetizers, plus various drinks and a few desserts. Everything was top notch! The kids (8,5,3) loved their sushi boxes. The adults enjoyed everything. Reservations strongly advised. Come early for quicker turn-around if you have young kids.

We really appreciate having an option for a high quality Chinese restaurant in Rehoboth and the southern beach areas. We were happy to discover this wonderful gem amongst other restaurants that tend to be relatively expensive for the mid level of quality offered. We have returned many times and with our parents who are thrilled to have this higher quality option.

This was our first dinner for our weekend trip in Rehoboth and it was by far our best experience. We had duck ramen and Chilean sea bass. The sea bass was phenomenal. The peanut butter pie and guava sorbet were excellent desserts. Service was excellent. We were seated right away and outside at our request. We would definitely recommend trying Stingray and we will definitely be back!Melissa - Thank you for leaving a great review! While we are well known for sushi, we are so happy your party decided to try other menu items and enjoyed them! We hope to have you back soon, thanks again!-Stingray Management Team
