I went with my partner and two children and arrived around 5.40pm which worked out well because we managed to get a table straight away so itâs worth getting there around opening to guarantee a table. The restaurant is only small, however itâs quite cosy and the food was very good. My partner and I had the Niseko Ramen (had pay extra for meat and eggs) which was awesome and definitely worth getting. The children had clear Ramen which they said was alright but not amazing. I personally think itâs worth a visit, the reason for a drop in the rating was the children saying the food was alright, paying extra for meat and eggs and we felt it was a little on the expensive side. Our bill came to nearly 6000 yen for the four of us. Upon leaving the restaurant around 6.30pm it was getting quite busy, with people and families queuing out the door.

Most of the food in Niseko are generally pricey than other parts of Japan. Therefore, it is nice to find this restaurant serving good value meals. The ramen broth is full of flavour and the servings are generous. The guoza are nicely cooked to crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is worth the wait even though the food may not be the best in Niseko but it is of good value.
Dining at its finest, with premium local ingredients served in flavour-packed Szechuan style. Ichiseko offers a premium selection of ingredients from the surrounding region including Hokkaido vegetables and the highest-quality Wagyu beef and meats. Ichise
Stunning zen location with delicious local products and a wonderful shop with stunning European fashionable ski clothes. Friendly staff, if you ever come to Niseko you should go to Ichiseko! Thank you! We hope to see you back here again :)

Just visited for dinner and you can eats yakiniku BBQ for 90 mins. There are several choices of meats & sea foods, but not much for vege. There are also small sushi, fried potatos, fried chicken & takoyaki. The price included refilling soft drink. There are dessert choices & coffee too.The place is specious, the staff can be but more friendlier. If you are ready for big meal, this is a place to go.

We come here every time we are in Niseko. The sashimi and sushi are outstanding. I would eat here every day if I didnât have to take a cab from the Hirafu village. Itâs 4 miles total which isnât far but in winter weather itâs far. Get the omikase and enjoy the local sake! I didnât like the hairy crab or mackerel but others in my group loved them.
Even though how crowded the restaurant is, we were quite surprised how swift they were able to serve to their customers. The only downside is most of the customers stuff were on the floor or on the tables even though they're done eating. I hope the resort will come up with a place where the guests can stay while waiting for their kids from skiing.
We are delighted to introduce our 2019/2020 dining selection. This brings flavors and techniques of traditional Japanese, Italian and TEXMEX with Hokkaido ingredient-focussed dishes, refined presentation and emphasis. Enjoy our modern flavors and tastes.
Wide range of Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with unique local ingredients. With a little SE Asian spices. Amazing Seafood Grill set and home made bread and Pizza are awesome. Dessert selection is another pleasant discovery. What impressed us was the selection of house wines and Japanese SAKE. There are English and French speaking staff accompanying our great dining experience. The best restaurant in Niseko!!

Swing by this beautiful woody restaurant and experience what Niseko is all about! Luckyfingers is the place for great Japanese tapas-style food and a wide variety of beers, cocktails and sake. Located just a 2-min walk from the slopes in Niseko Annupuri.
If your hungry and or thirsty after riding snow in Niseko United ski area, make your way over the Luckyfingers izakaya style food at the base of Annupuri ski lifts. Great lunch dishes and amazing menu for dinner. Fun relaxed feeling with delicious flavors! Mix of traditional Japanese and America flavors. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Enjoy!

Sushi, seafood, ramen, yakitori all made with delicious Hokkaido ingredients and fresh seafood from the northern island of Rebun. Varied drinks menu. It's about a 20minutes drive from Hirafu. If you are going to stay at the hotel near there. We will come
Visited this restaurant a couple of times in January.Excellent atmosphere and food. Good range of Japanese foods including ramen, hotpots, skewers. Good service, good value.Little out of the way, needing transport to get there - believe they will organise if required.
