It is one of the oldest and famous biriyani place in rajshahi. They have only biriyani items and the price is cheap compared to other restaurants. They a special kind of card where you can get signed every time you eat there and after having 10signs in the card you can have a free meal.

We were eating at an unusual time, admittedly, but our experience of the Aristocrat didn't quite match up to the hype in the Lonely Planet.We had run late sorting ourselves out and so arrived for lunch after 2.30pm. The restaurant part was closed and we were escorted in to the coffee shop part.The Aristocrat was a huge setup, and you have to persist to find it as there was no obvious signage at street level.We were a party of three and the foods we ordered are pictured. My strongest memory is of my disappointment at the taste of the soup, which had a strong resemblance to tomato sauce. What is this thing in Bangladesh that they seem to think every westerner needs/wants tomato sauce, o matter what is ordered? Most of the rest was fine, though.After the meal, we purchased some take-away cakes and these were delicious and very moderately priced.The toilets at the Aristocrat are worthy of mention and as I've said in the headline, really quite luxurious, the ladies' at least.The atmosphere was very much lacking at the time we visited, but I suspect that this is a good business at more popular times of the day/week.With all the staff runing around, though, you'd think someone would find time to clean the windows.

Rajshahi city does not have many restaurants. This is one of the best places to have food. We had breakfast as well as dinner in this place which was close to our hotel and was not difficult to locate. It is located in one of the busy intersections of Rajshahi. We went upstairs with the narrow stair cases from the road. It is quite a spacious restaurant with many customers. We had some good Bangladeshi food away from home. The restaurant is good and waiters served food quickly. Breakfast was really good. Prices are not cheap but very reasonable.
