Find out what Asian restaurants to try in Pinellas Park. Pinellas Park is a city located in central Pinellas County, Florida, United States. The population was 49,079 at the 2010 census. Originally home to northern transplants and vacationers, the hundred year old city has grown into the fourth largest city in Pinellas County, the most densely-populated county in Florida. The city and surrounding areas are almost completely urbanized. Pinellas Park contains a substantial portion of the "Gateway" area of the county, targeted for future infrastructure, residential, and commercial development as it sits roughly in the middle of the Tampa Bay area's over two million people. Though technically land-locked, its borders lie only a few miles from Tampa Bay to the east, and Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. The city is known for its popular equestrian facilities and events, and many residents also participate in fishing and water activities in nearby venues. On Park Boulevard, the city's oldest street and primary thoroughfare, one can find anything from produce stalls and flea markets to high-end luxury vehicles.

I ordered Pho for 2 people a few weeks ago from here. I have been here many times and have normally always gotten their chicken pho (itâs really the best pho around!) This time was different, flavor still on point and tasty but they gave us roasted chicken instead of what they normally give you which is a floured white chicken. Ok - not a problem, actually tasted really good - until we started to get bones. It wasnât just one bone.... it was many.... at least 10 or more. We called to complain and was told no problem we will make up for it with 2 new phoâs. I just called and spoke with the manager, mind you this has been a couple weeks now- but I wanted to have the phoâs replaced. The manager said that she has never served chicken like that and we mistaken for the wrong restaurant. I explained to her that she normally has that type of chicken but maybe ran out and we got roasted. She said no I canât do anything for you. This is really a shame because they really do have great pho. They just lost a loyal customer whoâs been going there for years.

Google Maps is wonderful. Using it to look around my new neighborhood, I found ABC Seafood. It does serve seafood, but it turns out to be an exceptional Chinese food restaurant. Located in an unassuming, small strip mall, the restaurant serves some of the best Chinese food I have eaten. The soups are especially good with the Won Ton being the best I have ever had. The soup and the dishes come in large portions and the menu is extensive. Felix, who greets you at the door, is very friendly and well versed about each dish. He will even prepare dishes not listed on the menu. The service is excellent. Many of the customers are oriental, a good of the food to come. ABC also serves fresh and varied seafood dishes designed around the Chinese dishes. ABC provides a satisfying dining experience.

Food is okay. The Pho Soup was tasty but the fried egg rolls were tasteless. The place is clean and the service was friendly. There are better options in the area for Vietnamese food.

Since moving back home to St. Pete recently and loving Thai food, we have begun to explore all the Thai restaurants in the Tampa Bay area after being gone from here for over 15 years. So last night was our first visit to T'Asia.Usually my husband and I can easily agree upon the rating a restaurant deserves based on our experience with the food, service and atmosphere. This place sort of stumped us.There was absolutely nothing bad about it. The place is clean and service was prompt. Our appetizers and entrees were "good". Yet, there was nothing "wow" about any of it that made us say to ourselves, "oh gee, we have to return soon to have this dish again or to try something else".If this was the only Thai restaurant in the entire Tampa Bay area, then we could make it our Thai place to go. But that's not the case and we have had exceptional Thai food in our travels. So for us, we will continue to explore the other Thai alternatives in the area.Meanwhile, YOU should not discount this place. Go and judge for yourself!

THE ADDRESS SHOWN ABOVE IS NOT CORRECT. They moved five doors south in the same SOUTHLAND plaza to 9707 - 66th Street North in Pinellas Park and tripled their capacity and store size adding an entire section for catering and parties, dancing and entertainment. In the Thai, Laotian, community this is Saturday night live. Very popular. The food is authentic, the menu gratefully in English, the service spot on, the place is clean, reminded me of a place we ate at in Udorn, located near Udon Thani, one of seven American Base's in Thailand shared with the Royal Thai Air Force during the Vietnam War. You start with a small bowl of soup and a small salad. The soup being rich clear broth with scallions, cilantro, small bits of meat, garlic oil and other herbs and spices. Delicious Then another small serving of salad with broccoli, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato with a peanut dressing, just to get the palate going.I opted for the traditional Pad THAI, the most popular dish from that region of the world with about five hundred variations but this one was good. If you went to Thailand today, probably the biggest street food served. I once said "Pad Thai" means "Thai Traditional" translated. The Thai Staple. It's meat, thin rice, noodle, egg, bean sprouts, scallions and ground peanuts, and the customary lime (Do It Yourself ) is right on the plate, next to the orange slice. You can have it with chicken which I had or beef, seafood etc.Its a very substantial order of Pad Thai, and you will not walk out hungry possibly even refusing desert. Im a good eater and I barely finished it. Couple of points of light:⢠There are three small compartmented dishes - three in line on the table all filled with varying degrees of chili heat. The first is heat, how much you use depends on what you can handle comfortably. The middle dish of heat is for professional fire breathers, and the end powdered chili is for resurrecting the dead. I stayed with one.⢠You may not get all the dishes at the same time: Their culture wants to deliver the food as soon as it hits its peak and serve it but, woks (even those 1000 degree propane fired monsters) only cook one meal or serving at a time. Restaurant food is measured in minutes, Thai food is measured in seconds. ⢠I watched a table of seven and the dishes came out of the kitchen as they were made insuring, cooked perfect, hot and delivered quickly. They do not hold up an order to make everything at once which is OK with me. I agree, I eat in the moment, not in the trough. My partner, who is from Lao ordered beef with BokChoy, Noodles and Scallions, Complex dishes require skills, and there are many ingredients and timing is the key. ⢠I cook a lot with a wok and know that seconds can make or break a dish, patience is a virtue and the food here is well worth it.

We have been visiting Kao Thai for a few months now. It has become our âSunday night placeâ. The food is amazing and there are so many different dishes to choose from. Itâs great for vegetarians as well with many veggie and tofu based meals available. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and the service is warm and homey. Just a great place to go! Thanks Kao Thai!

Lotus Vegan Restaurant is located on Park Blvd N in Pinellas Park, FL. My bf and I stopped here for lunch last week after reading their menu. After sitting and still trying to decide what we wanted to order, we ordered some appetizers. We ordered golden rolls, cheese sticks, 2 bowls of soup (1 wonton and 1 potato). Our waitress was very unfriendly but we were hungry so we didnât mind at first. She kept rushing us to order an entrée while we were still skimming the menus, not to mention our appetizers havenât even shown up yet. I went with the Pan-fried rice noodles and my bf went with a Panini. Our entrees came before 2/4 of the appetizers. If the entrées were going to come before the appetizers then I would not have ordered them. On top of this, the waitress never checked on us, the cook was the one bringing our food to the table. I had to eventually go up to the desk and ask for the bill and a to go box. Instead of handing me the to-go box she walks passed me to go place it on the table.?? Then she gets here food and goes to sit down at a table and starts eating. â¦. The food here is good but the service is awful, I will not return.

The food isnât bad, itâs just different than traditional Asian places Iâve been too. Nothing has been bad, it just tastes different. General Tsoâs chicken had a soupy mix, the steamed dumplings use a different meat mixture. Itâs not the typical tastes Iâm used to. Iâm not complaining about it, just different. Thereâs a cocktail bar there that you can have a drink while youâre waiting for your takeout.

This location is a little off the beaten path, in an old strip mall but the food is worth the trip. Very flavorful pho broth and great cuts of meat. Their spring rolls were also tasty. Friendly service. Family friendly. Good portions for fair prices.

I love all Vietnamese food and seek out restaurants that serve it. For lunch, I also love to make a meal of several appetizers of Summer Rolls.Tasty Pho's are the best ever and I have had summer rolls at numerous places locally, around Florida and across the country. They are quite large, filled with wonderful fresh tasting ingredients and very reasonably priced. I especially loved the grilled pork and the fact that you could definitely taste the fresh herbs with every bite. The dining room is very clean and well maintained. Service was attentive.Definitely recommend and I plan to return to try other dishes.
