Friendly people. Their menu is the normal Asian, American delight. The specials are well priced and the make the food to perfection. They are happy to adjust their meal preparation to your desire. We have eaten many meals from the menu. All well done.

Fried wanton are really really good. Pork you get like 10, crab and cheese you get about 6. Have also ordered 6 main dishes over 2 orders. Gen TSo's is tasty. Chicken and beef dishes also good.Chicken fried rice is REALLY good. Tastes....clean....not too much going on but tasty...lots of thin white chicken strips (skinny)

General House is a smallish restaurant in the middle of a strip mall, The window is plastered with signs advertising their all-you-can-eat Sushi special but our party of 5 opted to order from the menu. Everyone was quite satisfied with their selections but I was a little underwhelmed by the Udon broth and I was also not sure if I really wanted green pepper slices in the broth. I would say that the Udon was OK, but I would not order it again. Overall a good experience and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes a good Roll.

I was wanting sushi so I decided to place a take out order. I would rather pick up pre-made sushi from Sam's Club than order here again. I can't even finish it. Very disappointed. I should have saved my money and ate home.

My husband loves sushi. I don't. This restaurant is perfect for us. It has great sushi and great Chinese food. The service is excellent. The food is fantastic. It is obvious that they have a regular clientele and they often greet customers by name. The atmosphere is nice, comfortable and very clean. The service is very attentive.Portions are generous. I highly recommend this Szechuan Cafe.

Came here after hearing great things from friends and neighbors. I donât like seafood but my son loves it, so I took one for the team and took him here for dinner one night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They gave us a free sushi q appetizer, which was delicious. My son got some squid and a fire roll. I got the chicken katsu, which was awesome. They gave us some cheesecake for a complimentary dessert. Bottom line: weâll be back many times for sure.

I have traveled extensively through the Far East, enjoying all types of Asian Cuisine when I had the Chance. The proprietor, Dennis, always greets his guests warmly and the servers are extremely attentive, making suggestions pleasantly when asked. The Bangkok Oriental's menu is 100% Thai and every dish is delicious. If you are in the Baltimore area, I would urge people to locate the Bangkok Oriental and treat themselves to delicious authentic Thai Cuisine. What kind words to say for our restaurant. I hope to see you again, we have a large menu to select from, thanks, John

I lived in Japan for over 5 years and have visited Hong Kong and Taiwan many times. The Szechuan Café could be considered as a hidden gem of Asian foods for the Pasadena area. Our friends that live in the area tell us that they think it is the best Chinese in Pasadena. The locals eat here as at noon on Sunday the place was half packed with customers, and even so we have quick service to get us water, menus and drinks. My wife and I ordered "pot stickers" as an appetizer and were not disappointed, they were correctly done for seafood stuffing! My Curry are spicy, but not spicy hot, and was not made with coconut, which I do not care for. It was a tasty curry, not bland and there was plenty of rice and meat. (Took half of it home to eat later it was that good!) My wife had Hunan Chicken, one of her favorites, and told me that it was great. I would rate the meals with some of the best we had in Asian restaurants! They left us alone to dine and made sure we had enough iced tea and cold water in our glasses. This is a very good Chinese Restaurant, it is not a bar with Chinese food as some people might think. If you like good Chinese food, you might want to try this place for some good Asian foods!

White table cloths, professional service (kudos to Minnie!), and nice presentation--in these ways I agree with the previous reviewers. On their recommendations we tried the place. However, we found the food quality mediocre, the flavor bland (everything, and I mean everything, tasted the same!), grease and salt levels high. We're still searching for our favorite Chinese restaurant but, sorry, this doesn't even come close. With due respect to the previous reviewers, we won't be back.

My husband and I stopped in for a very late lunch on a weekday. We assumed that we might be the only ones in the restaurant. Wrong! The small interior was bustling. We received a cheerful greeting and were seated and served quickly. Pho was $9.95 with about ten combinations of meat, including chicken and shrimp. We chose well done brisket, that was paper thin and tender. The pho was served with bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeno and lime wedges. Siracha, chili paste and hoisin sauce were on the table. The pho had a perfect blend of flavors and is the best I have eaten. We intended to order banh mi sandwiches as well, but no sandwiches were on the menu. This is different from our experience at other pho restaurants. Other items on the menu were appetizers and noodles. We ordered spring rolls, two for $4.95. Our choice of a shrimp/pork combination was beautifully presented in a plump rice wrap with large shrimp. I did not care for the dipping sauce, which had a sweet peanut base -- just a matter of personal preference. Next time I will try the appetizer of grilled beef. We did not try any of the Vietnamese milk-based drinks but they sounded very appetizing,The restaurant is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, just off busy Route 2. This will be one of my favorite stopping places when I am in the area!
