This favorite place for locals and tourists alike has changed now as Norio retired (well-deserved!). His young associate Ilias has taken over and the foods seems just as good, if more Thai now than Japanese. Some old favorites are still there (mixed starter for 2, Nagasaki (saganaki--fried cheese) and tempura and well prepared. There are more curries and noodle dishes. Service was a bit slow as the restaurant just reopened on Aug. 6, but the views on the port and the boats arriving and departing is unique.

We fancied a change so thought we'd give Katy's and Rudy's a try. They have a sensibly sized menu and everything we tried was done really well.We shared prawn dumplings, which were moist and delicious, with a well-browned base and tasty dipping sauce. For main, I had vegetable curry and my husband had the spicy seafood medley. Both were very good. My curry was bursting with veg, was beautifully seasoned, and had a decent heat. The seafood was tender, flavoursome and, again, well seasoned. I've seen reviews on here complaining that the food is not sufficiently 'authentic'. It's not claiming to be. What is authentic 'Asian food' anyway? Sometimes I tasted Cambodian amok in the fresh peppercorns, sometimes the fresh basil took me straight to Thailand. The point is, it didn't matter - no one was claiming to offer anything other than food inspired by the tastes of many countries.Would definitely eat here again. Fresh, bright flavours. Thank you for your beautiful review...

Magaya
Visited this restaurant recently. Had a very chilled out vibe about the place. We all chose curries which I would definitly recommend. The food was cooked and presented beautifully my only critisism is that the food didnt all arrive at the same time, however I would prefer mine hot rather that sitting about! The staff were also all very friendly and attentive. I would also recommend that you do book as it was very very busy.

The Little Green Rocket Is Located Close To The Post Office
We found this place through TripAdvisor looking for something different to Greek food and it did not dissapont us. We order the beef curry and spring rolls which were really tasty. Also, the place is nice and the owner was very thoughtful.
