Reviews on Asian food in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. Palma, the economic and cultural hub of Majorca, is a delightful base for exploring the island's many gold and white beaches. A former Moorish casbah, or walled city, Palma's Old Town is an appealing maze of narrow streets that are a delight to explore on foot. Hop on the Soller Railway for a 17-mile scenic trip, visit 14th-century Bellver Castle and the museum of contemporary art, and check out the nightlife.

We are a family operated Restaurant in the heart of the hip Santa Catalina district in Palma. Our purpose is to comfort and inspire with both: Food and Service. Thank you. Ronny
Like most, we did our research and found Dukes came highly recommended, so reviews we read indicated. We visited here in June 2019The ResturantIts located in an unusual place in town, you could easily walk past if you didn't know any better. From the outside it doesn't look like much, inside the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Has a quality contemporary Asian feel to it. Tables are tiny, but that is typical most restaurants in Palma. The FoodI will start by saying the ceviche at this place is hands down the winning dish on the menu. The South American fusion works very well, we chose the mix Ceviche platter which complied of multiple ceviche dishes/flavors. Sadly I've forgotten which one was our favorite but they were all amazing. Washed down with a lovely Pisco Sour! We also ordered the guacamole, varies dips and a salad. We also ordered 2x toasted tacos, with a chili dip - all were superb!Mains i had an African based lamb curry, my wife had the salmon. I have to be honest both were bland in flavor, and were a bit of a disappointment compared to the starters and ceviche. It just didn't taste of anything, very bland. The only complaint is that our table and chairs felt like it was going to give way at any point, not very secure or put together very well.. Also, the staff here were very attentive when we got there (at the restaurant opening) but as it slowly filled up we got forgotten about.Price wise.. I wouldn't say this place is good value for money, its slightly on the pricey side for what you get. I think had we enjoyed the mains we would give this 10/10Recommended but pick wisely as some dishes are a winner and other not so much, Toilets/outside facilities at the back of the restaurant need an upgrade at this price point.Overall happy to have enjoyed our dining experience at Duke's.Hi,Thank you for your visit at The Duke and for leaving a mark.Your review and feedback is much appreciated. We take your comments to heart and are working towards excellence every day from the morning hours till late at night. With kind regards.Ronny PortulidisOwner

Donât let the decor fool you when you arrive - itâs clean and tidy but a little over the top! This is a very accomplished Chinese restaurant The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgable about the menu. Large tasty portions, a highlight bring the duck and pancakes. Extremely reasonably priced too! Would highly recommend an evening here!

What can I say. The warmest of welcomes from the owners daughter. The dad is the chef. There is free WiFi & they cater for children. You can sit inside the restaurant or outside in one of their two outdoor terraces. The food was delicious, there is a good selection of starters, ours were fresh & hot, no fatty bits of meat in the samosa or lamb starter. Our mains were delicious, nice white tender pieces of chicken in our curries & the sauces so tasty. I opted for a chilli & garlic naan, very spicy as I like it. Good selection of drinks both alcoholic & non alcoholic. We sat outside, on the footpath terrace, great for people watching & the view overlooking the sea is fantastic. Beware if there is a smoker near you and the wind is in your direction. They have a more fast food type plate that also sells kebabs in Can Pastilla.Would I go back, definitely. Would I recommend it, absolutely.
