Nice restaurant & pleasant staff. Good for vegetarians & I would recommend the £9.95 âsetâ which includes a few different dishes ( although Iâm not sure that one tiny spring roll counts as a âdishâ.)Overall a decent experience, although my son paid & didnât mention the dreaded service charge to me!. Iâm far from pleased, as I definitely would NOT have paid it...especially as I left a tip!. Will not return.

I had a very enjoyable dinner here with my wife. I had the spicy squid with coconut which I found very tasty. My wife was less impressed with her meal but still enjoyed it. The meals were very spicy so I would probably wait awhile before I return. The decor and atmosphere were great, along with the friendly service.Hi Peter J,Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, I am glad you both enjoyed you dishes though your dishes were very spicy. Next time you visit us, do let the waiter/ess know that you would like your dishes milder, as we are more than happy to increase or decrease spicy level according to personal preference.I do hope you visit us again soon.Once again thank you for leaving your feedback.Kind regardsHelenGeneral Manager

Have used mahi numerous times and always had really nice food , However last time we used none of us completely enjoyed the food , dishes were cold , other dishes greasy , the breads were really greasy , and the price had jumped up , and no longer offering discount on orders you collect .

Came here on my own whilst staying in town on business. Lovely modern restaurant with water features. It was a Wednesday night and I was the only one in there. I felt a bit awkward when I walked in and the waiter looked me up and down. Also like a previous review found the waiter to be watching me. I felt it was if he thought I was going to do a runner without paying ! The food was nice but nothing special. I chose a hot curry but it wasnât particularly hot. Next time I stay there I will try somewhere different. We are sorry to hear that you felt the waiter was looking you up and down. We ask our waiters to try and make eye contact to be approachable and to always be looking around to make sure that our customers are served quickly and efficiently without having to wait for long periods of time. When you next come to the restaurant please ask for assistance with the hot curries, as we will highlight the best ones for you and add additional spice if requested

Authentic Indian cuisine
Our fourth visit here and likely our last. The food as always was great, but the staff are in desperate need of training. Antonio(?) doesnât need to do the âhard sellâ on the starters. If we wanted more we would have ordered more. The wine waiter needs to be trained in the pouring of wine; twisting the bottle at the end of the pour, rather than dabbing the end of the bottle with a tea towel. When the plates and subsequently the food arrives at the table, put it on the table and donât pass the dishes to the customer! Finally, the Irish coffee was extremely sweet for no apparent reason. It shouldnât have been that sweet. Little things perhaps, but they put a dampener on the evening. That coupled with being told that we would have to wait 90 minutes for a taxi was not good. In the end, after we rang round, we got one in ten minutes. We will try their sister restaurant next time, to see if their level of service is any better.

Welcome to the QMIN Contemporary Indian Take-away, Indian/Bangla fusion. A new culinary journey to India where we try to share our traditional values, experience and indisputable knowledge that carry worldwide recognition with our esteemed customers. Here
Visited whilst staying at the nearby caravan park. Counter staff seemed a bit distracted, but polite and took my order. Was informed it would be about 40 minutes so popped back to the caravan. Returned 30 minutes later to be informed it was now being packed. All i can say is that was well worth the wait . It was all extremely tasty and the tandoori naan was something else. If it wasn't for the fact that i live 180 miles away, i would definitely visit this place every week.
