Firstly what an impressive view! Stunning sunset. Met with 6 friends. We had mixed sushi and some noodle dishes. Very tasty. Bread baked in the hotel with olives was on each table. Attentive staff. Friendly. Ambience was great. At the end we were offered some very nice chocolate with fruit That the hotel kitchen had made. Coffee too. We sat down afterwards and listened to some great music and had a few drinks. Been visiting Bidrum for 20 years. One of the best restaurants in Bodrum.

Welcome to Ginza Ginza Bistro, the first-ever authentic Asian restaurant in Turkey to serve Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, and Japanese cuisineâand Taiwanese Bubble Tea! Asian countries represent a vast mosaic of variety in language, culture, history and chara
The warmth and chic simplicity of the place beckons one past nearby eateries in a modern piazza, with tables outside and in. The place is imbued with the bubbling passion and dedication of Victoria, the Vietnamese-origin American owner, and her husband Yunus. Ginza Ginza has become very popular amongst expats and Turks, yet they gave time to chat and explain the Vietnanese / mixed Asian menu. I plumped for the Pho, having become a devotee of the dish over many visits to Vietnam. It arrived perfectly presented, a vast bowl of delicious broth temptingly perfumed, its delicate flavours crowned with large succulent pieces of meat on the bone and a side dish of additional items to throw into the pot, as one should. Perfection! My friend chose the green curry; being a vegetarian he asked if the kitchen could replace the chicken with tofu, which they readily agreed to. The creamy curry had precisely the right texture, spiciness and (like all the dishes, one imagines from Victoria's explanations of her unrelenting quests for the right ingredients, including growing some of their own as well as enlisting the help of Bodrum's thriving Asian community), that authentically Asian - especially Vietnamese - blend of lavours that magically combine great subtlety, delicacy and strength. Turkish cuisine is fabulous, yet one can tire of standard local fare. Head for Ginza Ginza! Thank you so much for your 5 star review of Ginza Ginza and your compliments about our pho, green curry, and our passion for authentic food. We are honored and touched by your kind words and are delighted that you enjoyed dining with us. We hope to see you again very soon at Ginza Ginza. If you have any feedback on how we can improve our menu or service, please let us know.Best wishes,Victoria
