A jazz cafe & vegan tapas bar with regular live music set in the courtyard of the picturesque and historic Staplehurst Grange.
We were at Django's for the music, wondering whether the long drive into the countryside would be worth it. Any fears were soon dispelled by the attractive setting, lovely buildings, and friendly welcome. I only had a piece of cake, but it was delicious. As delicious as the music, in fact, but Paul Armfield, like Django's, is well worth finding.

When we arrived my expectations were low due to the dead window boxes and cobwebs around the front door. However, once we had ordered and the poppadoms arrived accompanied by huge (and delicious -especially the yoghurt which I love). Onions a little dry like they had been cut very early in the day. I ordered a little off of the menu which was accommodated. Once the main dish arrived (after a little delay) we couldnât have been happier. The food wasnât covered in fat and really wished I could have finished it all. Our waitress was really sweet but a little nervous but she did a great job. If this restaurant invests a little in itsâ appearance, Iâm sure it would be a lot more appealing to passers by and thus be busier on a Friday night (although we were early). Also the website could be improved - at the moment it is almost impossible to navigate. All in all we really really enjoyed our meal - delicious! Definitely will return next time we are in IOW.
We got a takeaway from here last night and it was sooo good. The menu is quite varied and at a reasonable price. We had a special curry with egg friend rice, salt and pepper squid and spring rolls. The staff were very friendly and it looked a very nice place on the inside and quite busy for a Sunday. Very tasty chinese.

We ordered a delivery from here on a Saturday night after being told that we would have an hour and a half by another Indian restaurant. The food arrived within 30 minutes of ordering on their website (and thus getting a 10% discount). It was hot and delicious, and not overpriced. Would definitely order from here again.
