Ming Palace is my go-to Chinese restaurant. Their food is delicious and their portion sizes are good. The service is also very good (family run every day). Because it is a family run business, they sometimes bring their kids into the restaurant. At times you can see them running around or screaming...but what do you expect for a family who is trying their hardest to get by. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for Chinese. They also offer coupons to use on their website so check that out and print out the coupons before visiting.

The food at Great Taste Chinese is wonderful. Their menu offers a nice selection for all appetites and food preferences. The interior is beautiful. They have comfortable booths and tables. There is even enough room for a larger party. The staff at the Great Taste Chinese restaurant treat you like family. My cousin goes here all the time with my aunt. When she comes in solo they always ask about my aunt to make sure she is ok. When we were there they treated her like one of their own and I am deeply thankful for that.
Ming Moon has been in the center of town for years. I actually think the quality has IMPROVED over time! For the most part, we order take out most of the time. There are only a few tables for eating in..and the atmosphere really isn't that warm and cozy or great for dining in... rather tiny cafeteria like -- but it's kept tidy. The food alone and the very cheerful personal service we receive is terrific. The prices have held pretty steady over the years and the portions are quite nicely sized. This is our "go to" restaurant" for Asian cuisine.

Shu is considerably more "authentic" than most local Chinese restaurants and heavily patronized by local Asian diners. You won't find some of the overly-sweet Americanized staples here, but even cautious eaters will still find some familiar and pleasing dishes. The menu features many items not usually found elsewhere, such as cuttlefish, rice jello, whole fish with pickled vegetable, corn pie, and lotus, which will please the more adventurous. For the less adventurous, you will find chicken in black bean sauce, noodles in peanut sauce, dumplings, and Lo Main. There are plenty of vegetarian choices. We tried a duck entree which turned out to be mu shu duck with pancakes. Unlike the dish at other restaurants which are primarily a mound of cooked vegetables with a little duck, this was a mound of duck with some greens on the side; it was delicious. We tried the chicken with black bean sauce because I love the funky, fermented bean taste, but I was disappointed. There were almost no beans at all, and no fermented bean flavor. It was very bland, and more like Hunan chicken without any heat. Our party also tried three different dumplings. The steamed vegetable dumplings with a soy-based dipping sauce were delicate but bland. The Seven Flavor wontons and Hot and Sour wontons had lots of flavor, and despite the two chili heat rating, really weren't too hot at all. In general, we were pleased with the food and definitely plan to go back, making sure that we order foods with chilis beside the title. Service was excellent, very attentive. Our courses arrived on time. (We did see a table that came in later served their dinners before we were, but it was because we ordered appetizers and they didn't.) If you plan to go on a Friday and don't have reservations, arrive before 7 pm; it started filling up then, and there was a line waiting to get in by 8 pm. Plenty of parking in the lot. BTW, if you want to shop at A Dong, it closes at 8 pm.

Small and cosy, this family-run restaurant has good fresh sushi as well as a variety of hibachi dinners and teriyaki. Sue and her husband will greet you as you walk in the door! There seems to be a good take-out business here. Just be forewarned that this restaurant is very small. There is ample parking near the front door. Bring cash or be prepared to use the restaurant's ATM machine.

The sushi is average and didn't wow me in any way. Wasn't outstandingly fresh either. The price was decent. Our Waitress was awful and kept interrupting us during our order to go chat with her friends in another language which made us very upset. Totally underwhelming. Would not come back.

Sushi was tasty, service was quick and friendly, and the presentation was amazing. My plate featured a little handcrafted wooden fence that the sushi sat in front of, and an elaborate floral arrangement, in addition to the lovely and colorful sushi roll itself. The plate looked more like a work of art than something you're supposed to eat. Sushi is frequently visually appealing, but this was above and beyond what I've seen before. My only gripe has to do with the dining room. There was a laser light projector shining little red and green dots all around the room to create some kind of ambiance. However, the table I was seated at meant those little laser dots shone right in my face! I tried shifting around to avoid them but in the end had to ask for the projector to be shut off. Thankfully the staff did turn it off and I was able to enjoy my meal, but it was not great that it was there in the first place. Hopefully they remove it entirely so others can enjoy their food without worrying about danger to their eyesight! In all other regards it was a great experience and I'd gladly go back if the laser is shut off.

Walking in the place is clean, charming, and welcoming. The staff is polite and professional. Our server made sure we had everything we needed. The menu was easy to read and our server was able to answer all of our questions. The prices are reasonable here and there is plenty of parking as it is in the stop and shop plaza on the right side when you pull in. The food was very good and very fresh. Portion sizes are big so you get a good amount of food for what you pay for. They offer take out as well. This place offers table seating only no booths i just like to mention that. My husband and will definitely be coming here again
