Find out what Asian restaurants to try in Minsk. Serving as both the capital of Belarus and the headquarters of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Minsk is a hub of business and government. Although few older buildings survived WWII bombings and Stalinist construction projects, Belarusians are proud of their capital's long history and its continued cultural importance. The city boasts 16 museums, 11 theaters, and 139 libraries, including the National Library of Belarus, with collections housed in a towering glass geometric ball.

In the main avenue of the city, this place is really charming. They serve classic food from Belarus (we ordered Pelmeni with a couple of fillings and two different beers) in a very modern and cool ambience.Unfortunately the menu was not in English, what made it a little bit difficult for me, but anyway whatever you order tastes delicious. To be taken into account if you visit Minsk!

I visited this place with a fairly large group of colleagues and foreign partners. The restaurant is owned and operated by one of the country's largest importers of wines and liquors, so you won't be disappointed by the selection - it's huge. Service was good, but not amazing. We ordered three large plates of starters (meat, cheese, olives and such) and they were pretty good, but you can't spoil what hasn't been cooked, right? I also ordered a tandoori chicken salad with avocado and couldn't really finish it. It was the weirdest tasting chicken in my life. My main course was grilled fish with some potato mash - it was okay, but again, nothing to write home about. Others' dishes were just average, too.I would say the place is great for some wine with friends (the place is cozy with a wonderful view, after all), but if you are looking for really, really good food, it's not the best place.Dear guest, We apologize for your bad experience. We will take all your comments under consideration. Your feedback always helps us to improve. Please be assured that we will do our best to impress you next time.

Enjoy traditional thai food in Mai Thai: Tom Yum Koong, Pad Thai, Pad Khi Mau, exotic desserts and special lemonade from Chef. Welcome!
At first glance on this Christmas day of 2018 I was not too impressed, as the place is decidedly informal, almost to the point of a fast-food restaurant, and I did not see one Asian among staff (let alone diners). It did not take long for Mai Thai to dispel any doubts, though. We ordered two appetizers (crispy fish salad and crispy tofu) and two mains (pad thai noodles and fish with mushrooms). Some of the items had a distinctly Thai flavor, while other dishes' "Thai-ness" I was less certain of. In any case, we concurred that all of them were delicious in an agreeably distinct way. We found absolutely nothing to detract from a very pleasant culinary experience. The service was good and the bill quite reasonable; the four dishes plus one pot of ginger tea and one juice amounted to just BYN 48. I intend to return when next in Minsk.

Asian food restaurant in Minsk
Near botanical gardens, we went to this restaurant to eat sushi. very interesting flavors, logical prices. i expected not to charge more for the Soy sauce and also the fried ice cream even if it was flavorish could be a little bit better. Overall, i will go again to eat sushi in this place.
